Not the nicest but ok

I spent $400 usd for 2 nights thinking I would have all the amenities that was posted. Upon entering the "suite" i noticed the Air Conditioning did not work well in one of my rooms. The TV had a few basic channels, majority didn't work. The massage parlor did not exist. The wine and dine lounge did not work. The breakfast was cold. I'm never using this hotel again. I left the hotel after one night. Very poor. I expected better especially when I paid so much money. Some kind of reimbursement would be helpful.

Le mobilier était vétuste et abîmé. La suite sentait le renfermé, nous avons dû ouvrir toutes les fenêtres pour aérer. Nous avons dû demander après 3 jours que certaines pièces soient balayées. Pas moyen d’avoir des vêtements lavés car soit la personne en charge état trop occupée ou parce qu’une machine ne fonctionnait pas.
