La atencion de su administrador y personal general la comodidad de la habitacion y la limpieza es extrema todo muy limpio.

I asked about the hot tub and they said they would fill it up for me. Went up there, and I could not turn on jets. They informed me it did not work. I thought at least I could relax in hot water. No, the water was cold. Big disappointment as the rooftop hot tub is one major reason I booked. Other negatives was the awful coffee and the energy efficient ceiling light bulb that is so dim I could not read. The place has potential and the staff is really friendly, but they need to get that hot tub going or at least take it off the amenities.

Too much noise in the lobby

Hotel location was good
