Bathroom doesn’t have liquid soap. No kettle for water.

We spent a few partially rainy days in the spa. It's slightly rustic eastern european style spa, the lobby bar food and service was good, breakfast was good, room was fine, yet it was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The SPA was fun, contained many saunas, a bar and and entertainment for our ten year old. All in all well worth the money and nicely located for adventuring to the old centre and to the beach.

Rooms where clean, breakfast was very good and the spa was amazing.

Uhyggelig personale og ikke så veldig rent rom. Men ellers ok

Kylpylä on kokemisen arvoinen. Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Aamiainen ok, allergeenit oli merkitty. Huone himppasen kolkko, vaikka oli parveke, mutta emmehän menneet viihtymään vain huoneessa.

Erillinen huoneisto oli loistava valinta matkustettaessa kahden 4-vuotiaan lapsen kanssa. Kylpylä ihan vieressä ja lähistöllä paljon mielenkiintoista nähtävää. Vahva suositus!

Huoneet oli siistit ja ilmeisesti vastikään remontoidut. Ilmastointi ja parveke oli plussaa. Kylpylä oli myös meidän tarpeisiin riittävä (2 aikuista) ja erityisesti saunat oli kivat. Aamiainen oli kohtalainen. Polkupyörien vuokraus sujui todella kätevästi. Hyvä sijainti ja mukava henkilökunta.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja käytännöllinen mutta hankala löytää koska ohjeet olivat vajaat (erillinen rakennus). Joillakin henkilökunnasta oli selkeästi huono päivä heikosta palvelusta johtuen. Muuten ihan mukava paikka ja plussaa oli kylpylä. Mutta aamupalan maksullisuus oli yllätys.

Todella siisti hotelli ja mahtava kylpylä. Myös aamupala oli hyvä ja autolle parkkipaikka

Kylpylä oli ihana ja rentouttava! Asunto siisti ja mukava. Henkilökunta otti vastaan ystävällisesti!

Very olf building and rooms

I read reviews about unpleasant staff but chose to somewhat disregard thinking everyone has a bad day every once in a while. But it turns out reviews about staff were fairly indicatitive of day to day behaviour. From the 2 staff outside on smoke break who were annoyed by the sound of my luggage on the sidewalk, to the annoyed/irritated responses/attitude from reception, to me standing and waiting for chit chat between staff to wrap up before they even glanced in my direction - just wow. I don't understand, nor do I wish to. I would not stay again. Rooms are ok. "Shower" is just a curtain in part of the bathroom with a squeegee to remove all the water from the floor since there is no real shower. Odd. No shampoo and the soap in the shower appears to be the same as the handsoap at the sink. Complimentary candies in the room are either melted or 'previously sampled'. Seems I wasn't the only one who did not enjoy them as there were old, unwrapped ones on the floor which gives a pretty good idea how thorough the 'cleaning' is.

Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Kiva kylpylä ja hyvä aamiainen.

Vi var 2 venninner som bodde på hotellet i 3 overnattinger. Stortsett alt var bra, bortsett fra at det manglet bestill på kjøkkenet i skuffene. Vi hadde frokost på hotellet, men siden det var et lite kjøkken med kjøleskap og vannkran, hadde det vært fint med noe bestikk til bruk senere på dagen.

Jätte fint och bekvämt ! Har inget att klaga på.
