Despite having a valid booking the property did not allow us to check in. They would not accept British passports and kept insisting for Indian ID (we are not Indian citizens). The receptionist, an Indian man, was rude, aggressive and made us as two women feel very unsafe. We were not able to check in and I am pursuing a refund via Expedia. Please avoid at all costs.
