The hotel details mention a swimming pool on premises. Upon checking-in the hotel informed me that the mention of a pool was a mistake on their website and refused to cancel the reservation and provide a refund.
The restaurant staff had no knowledge of hygienic handling of food. The waiter dropped food on the table, picked it up and served it on the plate in front of us. When questioned, he was clueless about what went wrong. They were arrogant in telling us to give the order in one go including the post meal hot drinks upfront.
Every room is built inside a 20 ft shipping container that is cramped. The hotel details does not mention this.
