Great stay and close to the beach. I didn't like that the fireplace didn't work and the patio doors had fingerprints all over it.

This is an older place, the pool is great, just wish the hot tub worked.

We like Surftides but some of the rooms need help.

Pictures make it look like it's beach front but it's not you're actually away from the ocean yrs you can see it bur tour also looking over a roof below you The 80s called and they want their stove back

It was a perfect stay for me and my friends. We had everything we needed and the weather was amazing. Great place to get away and hang out with friends!

Cute pet friendly condo with ocean view. Had a full kitchen and everything we needed to make a big meal and eat together at the dinner table. We loved that the place has 2 full bathrooms. The hot water gets really hot so be careful with little ones. The hot tub was not operational when we were there but we still enjoyed the pool. There is easy beach access across the street and we didn’t have any problems with parking. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The living area had a gas fireplace we enjoyed in the evenings and early mornings. We have a pleasant stay.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and enjoyable. The spa is closed for repairs, but they were upfront about that. Beach access was nice and patio has a lovely view. Parking was unavailable the first night, but they did warn that this can happen on busy weekends. Overall it was a great experience and provided a comfortable home away from home. There is a nice collection of games and movies and the kitchen was stocked with essential dishes and utensils.

I like the ocean views

We loved our stay in”Bring Home the Beacon” the saltwater pool and view were great! Beautiful view.

This particular property needs to be updated as in comparison to the other rooms. The room was also able to sleep 8 people, but i dont know where, we were able to get 6. They did accommodate my request for a late checkout with no extra charge. The photos make the rooms appear much larger than actual size.

Comfortable short stay close to many amenities and easy access to the beach

Do not book here. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. You can hear every single foot print, toilet flush, music. The wi-fi was useless. Their idea if clean is superficial, cabinets not wiped down, pink mold in showers, the vacuum in unit was full of sand and dirt. Couldnt even use it. I have traveled the entire country and i would never ever book here again. Like a cheap apartment complex. They also dont tell you until after you book that the hot tub is broken.

The room was absolutely beautiful and other than a couple issues with the inside of the trashcan being stinky when we got there and the bathroom faucet spraying everywhere if we turned the water too high, everything was absolutely perfect!

Very demanding and constant over-communication from rental office written to more hostile than welcoming. Demanding an additional lease be signed after booking not disclosed in the listing with and in violation of Microsoft Expedia policy (reported). Wanting us to check in late for their convenience and out early for same. Poorly maintained property as well. Master shower was broken and non-functioning, balcony screen door literally fell out on me, and both the WiFi and the bedroom TV went in and out. If these things including the policies and presentations thereof it wouldn't be a bad place to stay. But as it stands I cannot recommend Surftides.

Great place for families - filling like at home. Comfortable room, great beach view, nice pool and play room, clean and amazing kitchen, 1 minute walk till ocean

This was a comfortable and clean place. It had all needed amenities in my condo which made it easy. Good access to the beach. My only and biggest issue was that I was not informed that the room was on the 3rd floor. With my current injuries it made it very difficult. I would’ve loved to know that there was no elevator. I spent alot of my time recovering from it.

It was nice

The bed in this rental was AMAZING! The room was great the only thing that was odd to us- was the slider door didn’t lock (they had a stick to put in it) but it is just one of those peace of mind things knowing the door is also locked as this room is on the ground floor. There was everything we could have needed in the kitchen. It was a great stay and we would go back here again for sure!

Beautifully decorated, peaceful and 2 min walk from the beach. Would recommend staying here!

Had a great time at Surftides Plaza with my family. Had a bit of a mixup at first. But customer service manager went above and beyond to try and resolve. Only would mention that queen bed was rock hard. Still giving 5 stars.
