Narva Hotel, one of the very few hotels in Narva was a perfect place to spend the night. Very comfortable sleep and so close to the wonderful castle of Narva. Plus the Bicycle rental is also just walking distance. Their breakfast is amazing and they have such wonderful staff who made some of the best coffee we have had in Estonia. However, Narva is not a destination for tourists, it's for those who just want to soak in the culture of estonia with russian influence.

Beds, linen are very basic with low quality cheap mattress. In hallways and rooms, it smells very cheap deodorant. Room was large but very basic. Breakfast was ok, no much choice. It is really overpriced for the room low quality. I wont stay again at this hotel.

My room was perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The room was compact but had everything needed Staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was simple and close to the hotel (helpful considering the size of my suitcase!). The hotel bar had a good selection of beers on tap. Overall a great stay.

Stayed in the 1990s like most of estonia.

Aamiainen oli erinomainen, paikallisia maistuvia ruokia mukana, "home made food".

The hotel is a very short stroll from the main train and coach station. Check in was smooth and the reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was a good size and clean (although a little tired but the price was reflective of that I felt). The room was quiet and warm. I had some beers on from an Estonian brewery which were good. Didn’t eat an evening meal but had the breakfast which was average and in line with the price. The real highlight was the spa, the saunas were really good and I recommend including it in your room. Location was good for the station and exploring the city. I would stay again.

Huone oli perussiisti ja perustoimiva. Huoneessa ei käynyt siivoojaa kertaakaan vierailun aikana. Koiramaksu oli mielestäni liian suuri, 2 koiraa/ 2 yötä maksoi 80€. Ravintolassa palvelu oli kohtuuttoman hidasta ja annokset olivat pieniä.

Sijainti oli erinomainen keskellä kaupunkia vanhan kaupungin tuntumassa. Huone oli siisti ja wc tilava. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Aamiaisella oli kuitenkin ruuhkaa.

Hinta laatusuhde oli hyvä ja todennäköisesti yksi parhaimpia vaihtoehtoja Narvassa. Sijainti oli itselleni hyvä ja hotellin vierestä alkava rajajokeen ulottuva puisto oli miellyttävä. Ravintolan ruokalista oli ok ja kiva erityispiirre siinä oli Narvajoesta pyydetyt nahkiaiset. En käyttänyt kylpyläpalveluja, niistä en osaa sanoa. Henkilökunnalta sai poikkeuksellisen hyvää palvelua. Ei mikään täydellinen paikka, mutta sen verran hyvä, että itse valitsen sen todennäköisesti toistamiseen, jos menen uudestaan Narvaan.

Tilava huone ja hyvä, monipuolinen aamupala. Keskeinen sijainti. Hyvät paikoitusmahdollisuudet. Bidee olisi hyvä olla ja maksuton aamusauna.
