度假村氛围很棒，适合周末度假。早餐自助餐选择也不错。

完美的居家度假！一定会再来的😁😁。我的孩子们非常喜欢酒店的设施😍😍

一切都很好，房间非常凉爽舒适。床垫非常非常舒服。 食物大多味道不佳，不知道为什么。入住流程也很长，尽管当时没有人值班。

办理入住时，前台工作人员丹尼尔非常乐于助人，也很友好；早餐时，咖啡厅的前台也非常热情友好。我没能问到他的名字，但他非常乐于助人，因为我需要提前退房，但孩子护照的领取时间是上午11点以后，他可以帮忙办理，非常感谢。

很棒的体验！酒店环境优美。早餐种类丰富，体验良好。

早餐还可以，只是还行。入住时间有点长，可能是因为学校放假。大概花了一个小时。我还会再来的，但不会是在学校放假期间。

床垫有霉味

还不错。位置不错，但附近没有商店。

一切顺利。但还是在那里。自助早餐的食物摆放位置有点远。我们很难看到一个。就这样。总的来说，度假村不错

房间漂亮又干净。早餐非常好。

我们设法订到了三间连通房，太棒了！入住柜台的工作人员（我忘了他们的名字，但记得是那些在5月16日下午4-5点左右上班的）。除此之外，一切都很好，我一定会再来的！

酒店非常漂亮。离吉隆坡不远。非常适合带孩子度假，也非常适合那些想要暂时逃离城市喧嚣的人。酒店房间很棒，家具很新，很干净。最好使用真正大的床垫/枕头。游泳池很大，还有一个儿童游泳池。最好的早餐。有很多美味的食物可供选择，还有儿童区。还有一个优点，那就是有吉祥物和拉茶表演。 唯一不太好的就是空调。没有关于如何控制恒温器的正确说明。没有提到如果没有空调，你必须正确关闭滑动门，你感觉不到它并且会自动关闭。希望酒店可以考虑安装吊扇，因为现在天气很热。 儿童房关闭得很早。晚上没有适合儿童的活动。也许可以考虑在晚上 10 点关门。 浴室的地板有点滑。当心。 总体来说，这是最好的酒店，一定会再来的。

Pros: clean room, new amenities, hotel reception is pretty, toilet is separated from the shower which was convenient and the shower pressure was amazing. Bed was super comfy. We found the safari experience great and was enjoyable for adults and toddler. Free shuttle to the safari too from the hotel. The hotel was gracious enough to accommodate our request for conjoining rooms, which we appreciated. Cons: our check in was delayed by more than one hour, but we were still expected to check out on time. Upon calling, they only delayed our check in by one hour. The hotel itself is great, but it is quite far from Melaka city. Plenty of things to do around the hotel though (safari, wet world, golfin, cycling, Afamosa Freeport). The breakfast was average. We had conjoining rooms so not sure if this contributed to the walls being not well insulated. The room I was in had a faulty "clean the room" button, hence, housekeeping did not attend our room but given it was a short stay, it didn't affect our stay.

Everything was good except part of the swimming pool area was under renovation during my stay, and I wasn't notified about it in advance. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand, as kids had planned to enjoy the pool but couldn't fully experience it due to the construction. Aside from that, everything else was satisfactory.

It was a pleasant stay. But they only allowed late check out till 1230pm even though it was on weekday. And dint even apologize for the late check in. It was supposed to be at 3pm, however the room wasn't ready till like 350pm.

CS needs to improve. Front check-in was superb slow. Claimed we didn't pay whereby already we booked and paid beforehand. Manager himself didn't look you with pleasant hospitality face like we owe them. Playground/playroom is nothing compared to other same grade/stars hotel. Kids in out of playroom with no tracking/supervision so please beware. Restaurant side provide more satisfying service. Breakfast buffet was OK too. Pool has not much kids water play but is big enough. Overall is okay to stay but won't return unless is at lower price.

Semua okay tapi cadar bau kepam sedikit. Mkn breakfast biasa biasa je.

Good place for family vacation.

Short vacation with family. Everything's good. Breakfast variety, staff friendly. I get a surprise cake from hotel for my anniversary. Definitely will come again.
