Got to the hotel At 8pm only to be told that there were no rooms available even though we booked 6 months and had paperwork that it was confirmed. We have read reviews that this has happened before. So at 8pm just off the plane and tired, we had to find another hotel. No would not recommend this hotel. Too unreliable

Really nice place, walking distance to everything within the city walls, very central. Check in from 10am was great. Wifi good and bathtub in room. Didn't try tv or a/c.

There was no booking at the hotel when I arrived (in spite of having made a booking via Orbitz) at midnight. They offered a higher rate than the booking at Orbitz. Didn't have a choice, and took it. Next day, paid for the night I stayed and moved to another hotel. However, Orbitz has charged me for the full stay and hasn't been refunded.
