環境清幽，住宿的空間非常大，露台外的景色非常幽美。如不是使用地氈較更perfect．

A very nice place to stay especially for a small family. Everything you needed were provided including washing machine, drier, oven and etc. The York cove view is very nice.

Everything in the room is tidy, comfy, and luxurious as advertised. The staff is very friendly. Overall the stay is very enjoyable and we would definitely consider staying here again if we visit the area.

A fantastic hotel! Reasonable price, spacious kitchen and living area, modern kitchenware, large balcony with breathtaking habour view. An excellent place to stay with friends and family.

The apartment is large, luxury and with good view. The house is clean and with modern furniture. The hotel also has swimming pool and game room. We can ride the bicycle to look around the city. Everything are perfect.

Mould in bathroom grout needs attention. Number of plates, bowls need to align with occupants. 1 packet of biscuits, 1small bowl, 1 teaspoon, 1 face flannel? All for 2 people. Attention to these details would elevate the stay

Did not get a virtual checkin message re keysafe code to open room. Only access to disability room was via stairs or dirty steep ramp in service delivery with 4 heavy fire doors. Room outlook was to covered pool and back fence, not the managers glowing “water views “ or pictures on advertising. Restaurant closed for our stay. Mould in shower. No vacuum cleaning during 3 night stay. Layer of dust on bed head.

The room was very spacious with our own ground floor balcony. The bathroom had a lovely big tub and the shower was accommodating.

No staff around. A strange access to rooms walking down access stair well. Fridge did not work as it was frozen up. Rooms big and spacious.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Poor and unprofessional signage and access for people carrying cases, stairs and a maze of doorways twists and turns. Facilities such as pool have not been used pr maintained in many years.

We used the Tradie Entrance via a key safe. The smell as you opened the door just 'slapped' you in the face!! A maze of doors, rooms, stairs and hallways to find our room! Reception not open the entire time we were there, neither was the restaurant. Our room was large but opened to an unfilled pool with a failing cover and weeds and leaves around the surrounds, no wonder the curtains were closed in our room! None of these issues were noted when booking and no discount offered. Beware!

York Cove Hotel is in a very picturesque location, across the cove from George Town. It is a self-managed hotel so there is no one on the premise to help you but the manager answered the phone since I didn’t receive any check in information ahead. The pool was not in operation but the room and bathroom is very spacious and clean. The area is beautiful, nice place to relax for a few days.

This would have to be the worst experience i have had with a hotel not one was at reception and the phone just went to a answering service with no call dack No contact from the hotel to tell us how to get a key to our room at all NOTHING

No staff were available, and ended up calling police when another potential guest was attempting to break into rooms. No meals were available. The actual room was lovely, apart from the bedroom blinds not able to be closed, which made sleep interesting ?:!?

Absolutely fantastic for families and those with little people. So spacious and great vibes. Will definitely be staying again ☺️
