Great overnight trip

Um verdadeiro sonho passar duas noites no Catherine Cruises! O navio é muito confortável e o quarto que nos hospedamos (suíte real) era maravilhoso, bem decorado e extremamente espaçoso. Todas as refeições são deliciosas e muito variadas. Destaco o jantar com vários pratos em sequência em que tiveram o cuidado de nos fornecer um menu diferente para cada noite em que nos hospedamos. A equipe do navio é maravilhosa também, super atenciosos e cheios de cuidados conosco. Destaco a Tila, nossa anfitriã e o Ken que nos levou para os passeios. Os passeios são bem interessantes, apesar de o navio ficar numa área muito movimentada de Halong Bay e os pontos turísticos serem muito cheios. Aqui o destaque foi para o segundo dia da viagem em que saímos com outro cruzeiro da mesma empresa e visitamos uma fazenda de ostras e algumas cavernas e praias mais desertas. No geral, este cruzeiro foi um dos pontos altos da nossa viagem ao Vietnã e o recomendo muito ao escolher o passeio por Halong Bay. Apenas sugiro ficarem 2 noites para aproveitar a parte menos turística da baía.

Friendly staff

Room was fantast. Ship was fantastic, food great. Above all the attentiveness of the staff stood out especially pur butler Tommy and guide Summer, both went above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable.

The staff were fantastic especially Mary. The cruise was clean, had a spa service (by appointment and limited availability), the room we had was lovely and spacious. It was not our original choice, we paid for an upgraded room. The fine dining experience was quite nice, food was great at that service

바다위에서 느끼는 편안함이 좋았어요. 특히 5층 갑판에서 카드칠때 느껴지는 여유로움은 평생 남을거 같아요. 다만 아쉬운점은 뷔폐음식의 다양성 그리고 음료를 별도로 구매해야 하는점은 너무 아쉬웠어요..그리고 체크아웃할때 음료값도 별도로 가서 결재해야하는 시스템은 개선되야할듯합니다.

豪華な客室と、様々なアクティビティで楽しめました

Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! Defo a big thumbs up to this company.

Cruise was beautiful especially with the upgrade to Royal Suite. Staff were incredible and had a very very good massage. Food options were poor though and definitely not to my taste. Drinks were expensive. Might be good to take snacks on board with you. Excursions were good but a lot of hiking and very busy.

발코니에서 바라보는 하롱베이가 너무 아름답습니다. 4번 제공되는 식사의 맛도 최고였으며 전담 직원이 있어 매우 편했습니다. 송곳동굴 방문 시 가이드의 유쾌한 설명은 기분을 업해주었고요. 캐서린 크루즈 또 탑승하고 싶네요^^

The service , and food are excellent. The property decor is a bit old and outdated. The bathroom in the Royal suite is not convenient, as the shower area has no drainage , and this make the whole are wet.

I like the Cruises staffs and well organized.

Just amazing!!!

We paid a lot of money to upgraded our room. Room, service, food etc was good however, the boat only goes a short distance into the Bay, then drops anchor. You do not cruise through the bay on this ship. There is a small vessel for doing day activities so the upgraded room was of little value and the cruise didn’t meet our expectations. Consider a smaller ship that can explore the whole bay.
