會訂這家的原因是因為想體驗住露營車，而且離機場開車只要十幾分鐘，以及價格考量。暖氣很給力但很吵，後來直接把空調全關了，開著電毯睡也不致於太冷。就是個體驗，當然是沒有住飯店舒服。

Picked up the key, but only returned to the van after hours. Door did not lock at all and the bolt came out when the key was turned. Called the emergency number, only to be rudely told "What do you want me to do about it, I'm at work 30 min away". I said that the door didn't lock and that would need to be fixed. the reply "Oh, we've known about that for a few weeks and it will be fixed next week". After several minutes of discussion, was finally told that the manger would call me. They did (also not on site) telling me that I shouldn't get upset as they were home with a sick partner (why this relates to my booking wasn't explained), and I was moved to another van, however that all took 4 phone calls and 30 minutes. Completely inappropriate to be putting someone in a van with no locking door, when that was known about. No after hours on site manger or maintence. Extremely poor experience.

Absolutely loved my stay. It was so easy to sleep in as it was just beautifully quiet, the views tranquil and beyond beautiful. I recommend a cup of tea watching the sun rise.

Mean spirited is the only way to describe this operator. There were instructions about everything except how to light the oven. The office was closed so I tried turning gas on in the rain, turning switches and the like but to no avail. It wouldn't have mattered anyway, there was hardly anything to cook with, there was no paper towel and barely any utensils. The tea towel was so small, cheap and nasty, it simply left lint on everything it touched. I could go on but my best advice is to drive past the place and find alternative accommodation further up the road. We have travelled a lot and this would be one of the worst experiences so far.

The Tv tuning was faulty constant pixelation and pretty much unwatchable they were not able to address it nor did it seem that they had any intention of fixing it but we still paid full price .

We have stayed at quite a few places during our stay and we feel this was overpriced for what you got.

Pretty countryside

We had a wonderful roomy caravan on the river with a covered outdoor sitting area. It was within walking distance of groceries & restaurants. There were children’s playgrounds nearby also. The staff was great. Everything was. We arrived late but clear after hour instructions to enter the park & access our caravan were sent to us ahead of time.

Though it was clean, it was a caravan, not a cabin, which is what I thought I booked. We were told upon arrival that they don't have cabins, only caravans. They said the Wotif site doesn't allow them to put onsite caravan, only cabin. It was more cramped than a cabin, so not overly happy.
