房間整潔，放行李的地方很充足 環境非常安靜 隔音很好，床很好睡 但房間沒有窗戶，有些人或許不習慣 風筒需要借用，好像要收費 可步行到天文台一帶

To be really honest, I don't think the hotel is ready to the public tho its brand new and modern. First of all, The lift doesn't work there so you have to walk up and down every single day, and even with your luggage and other belongings. The signage there is also confusing, difficult to find the way to your room. You may contact the staff there via the whatapps number but they would never reply you or else you have to wait for hours. Other than the above, the room itself is neat and clean, which is the only good thing I've found during my stay.

Nice room but it wasn’t exactly soundproofed, we could hear a person in the next room (I stayed in room 128) was snoring very loudly the wooden floor was conducting the sound/vibration it was impossible to sleep. Can’t fault the kindness of the staff they were good

Arrived to find booking had been cancelled but staff very helpful and re-instated. Automated process to check in but staff on hand to help if needed. Room basic with just bed, ensuite shower/toilet, no windows, no storage apart from couple of hangong hooks for coats. No TV or kettle/coffee/tea. Bed was on step up from bathroom...managed to stub toes on step a few times. Bed low to floor. Power and light switch next to bed. Wi-Fi free and good. Room a lot cheaper than other hotels in vicinity so depends what you're looking for. Waitrose just across road. 10 minute walk into Greenwich centre, 20 minute walk from train station.188 bus passes hotel if you're heading to O2.

Location is good enough

It was great. My only issue was the check-in. The staff member was fantastic (friendly and efficient etc) but the self-check-in thing took far too long - having to type in my email, address etc. Waste of my time when I just wanted to get checked in. Most other hotels don't ask for this info.

Need more pillows

Lovely, clean Hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great location, Bus 188 went straight to the O2 Academy from just across the road. I couldn't get the heating to work so it was a bit cold at night but that was probably user error! Could have done with a vending machine to get a drink late at night but overall a great stay and I would use it again.

Quick check in with friendly staff to assist, room clean and functional. Good location for Greenwich and The O2. Vending machine prices shocking!!

Room clean and good. Staff helpful. Could have done with a bigger duvet/2 single duvets on the double beds. I was cold as sharing the bed meant gaps round the duvet. No hooks or shelves in room/bathroom for towels etc
