Clean rooms

Room was clean and adequate, however the place is a little dated and could do with some upgrades abd love. Well located.

Parking was safe and easy. The grout in the shower was coated in mould. There was no plug for the bathroom basin. There was no hand towel. Towel racks had not been replaced. The entry door was jamming. The security lock was missing. We have paid $12 extra for our accomodation tonight and it is vastly superior.

Couldn't use the pool because it was closed for cleaning for a whole day. Shouldn't take 24 hours to clean a pool.

Easy check-in; super close to water and cafes; beautiful room and the overall area. Have zero complaints. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything was just beautiful.

Chambre fonctionnelle mais calme la nuit . Éclairage un peu faible dans la chambre . Salle de bain assez basique. piscine très très petite , que je n’ai pas utilisée . Petit réfrigérateur…non dégivré au niveau du congélateur . Vaste parking.

Friendly arrival, my upstairs room was clean, spacious & well appointed. I was travelling for work, so the short walk to the great pub, restaurants & cafes was the perfect distance. The restaurant/cafe is only open for breakfast & lunch but I enjoyed a coffee & cake, lovely friendly staff & good upstairs view over the water.

Nice simple room and easy check-in.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool was great. The staff were wonderful. Would be helpful when travelling with kids, to have a microwave in the room but other than that, fabulous and the cafe is the best in town.

Having paid a similar amount to a five star hotel we were very disappointed with the service we received. The room was never serviced over the six days we stayed and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. It might be OK for a one night stay but not at the exorbitant prices for the Christmas period. We could have gone to Bali for less and will do next time
