Very close to Oxford station, a supermarket is located on the first floor.

Nice place to stay over for a night. Room clean and tidy. Excellent location. Hotel with only 2 floors, only concern : no elevator. Staff will help ur luggage ~ super nice !

Near to oxford train station. Quiet neighbourhood. Room size quite small. Bathroom quite old school and showet mixer is inconvenient design. Free fruit, snack and bottle water is a bonus. No luggage room for luggage storage, though they claim thay have 24hr front desk.

这个酒店真的很老很旧，我们定的双床房图片上看很大，其实给了我们一间超小的，小到门一开就顶到床了！然后酒店的电热水壶都是生锈的，水果都不新鲜，浴室是浴缸加了半块隔板改造的淋浴…反正住的很不舒服，最可气的就是这种房间居然要一千多一晚啊！还不如ibis住的舒服呢！不知牛津其他酒店是不是也这样

it would be better if there have lifts or tge staff are willing to take ALL, but not partly, the luggages upstairs and downstairs.

Beautiful. Classic. Timeless. Built in 1935 as a railway hotel, it is still serving that purpose today. We came in by train and used the Royal Oxford Hotel as a staging base as we quickly explored Oxford. I'm the future we need to spend more time! Anyway, the Royal Oxford Hotel was an excellent location as we came in by train and then moved along our travels by train. Thanks ROH!

No parking.Adjacent cafe ok but not great. Staff friendly and efficient.Not good value for money

We REALLY appreciated the air conditioning, since we were there during the heatwave. The location was convenient to the train, and there is a delightful cafe staffed by adults with cognitive disabilities nearby (Yellow Submarine). The shower didn’t quite work the first night and the only person on staff was a sweet trainee who tried to fix it, but she wasn’t able to; it would have been helpful to have someone else on staff. We enjoyed our stay overall!

駅から近く、清潔で、設備がよい。しかし、わかっていたこととはいえ、3階まで階段で、そこから幾つものドアを通って長い廊下をいくのは、非常に大変だった。ホテルのスタッフは、一切手伝ってくれないので、泊まる場合、それを覚悟しておく必要あり。

The building was ok for its age. But in isolation not worth the monies they charge. The team are functional and lack any interpersonal skill required in the hospitality sector. I felt I was processed not welcomed

Very good location, we appreciated being able to leave our bags in reception the following day after we'd checked out. Door was a bit tricky to open and could have had a better selection of tea and milk

Walking distance to everything. Friendly helpful staff stored our luggage early. Room was immaculately clean.

Location is fantastic - close to the train station. Nice and helpful staff. There is no lift but staff helped to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor. Room is cozy. Only thing is the shower water pressure is rather weak.

Great location. The staff were friendly you had to turn your physical key to the room in every time you left, but there was always someone at the desk.

Have stayed at The Royal Oxford many times. The staff are super helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent.

Location was super convenient to train station and waking to center of town. Colleges kids at night got a little loud and the fire/police sirens were oddly frequent. Lovely Italian cafe in the lobby area and perfect lattes and flat whites. Great value for location and room for families.
