酒店非常不错，氛围宁静祥和。餐厅景色优美，可以欣赏到缆车和山景。一楼的滑雪用具储物柜非常实用，方便取用。餐厅价格也很合理。自助早餐丰盛，午餐和晚餐的菜单选择也很多。餐厅服务（尤其是晚餐时段）还有待改进；有时服务员似乎有点笨拙和迟缓，但尽管如此，他们总是非常乐于助人。

Nikko Hanazono has a good location with a superb view from the room looking at the ski slope. The minus things are sometimes you have to wait for the lift a long time, and the breakfast could be better. The selection of the foods for breakfast is not as good as Hilton Niseko.
