Front desk staff are extremely helpful and efficient Helped access room when co-worker was sick and we needed to check on his health

Really great to stay including happy hour service. But don’t wash cups and don’t understand why. Traffic is little tough and should wait relatively long time for taxi.

I would like to come back this hotel again for next trip.

Friendly staff

Very nice room, only thing possibly missing was a desk (some other rooms have them), but I didn't need one anyway. Staff very helpful when I needed anything. Free pool table, snacks, coffee downstairs. Didn't check out the gym, bar or restaurant though. At the time of writing, google maps plots two locations for "Episode Hsinchu", and one is wrong! Make sure you look for hotel episode hsinchu. Area not too interesting, but cabs aren't expensive anyway. There's a ubike stand right outside which is handy.

Breakfast was cold and not many choices:(

The room is spacious, nice and cozy. Located near the freeway, easy to get around if you drive. The breakfast is nice, but you will have to wait, cause there aren’t enough seats on a Saturday morning.

Everything was perfect. But not happy with the bartender service which is a pity

It was fantastic stay during my trip in Taiwan. The only minor disappointment was the last night I had a bite by the bedbugs! Overall, the hotel front desk area needs some improvement, too.

Overall service is great. I left a tip in the room for the housekeeper cleaning my room but he left a note to say it’s his job and thank me for the tip without taking it. Well done Ryan. The next day I think it’s another housekeeper who cleaned my room, and the bathroom amenities were not replenished. Overall the room I stay is a little dirtier and dated than my previous stay. I guess it’s because of the heavy usage of the room. Need a thorough cleaning. There are black stains and the some smell from the drainage.

The rooms are huge! The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was spotless! The towels were so big and fluffy! I loved the Aveda products. The delicious breakfast had so much variety! This is now my favorite hotel!

Very new facility, modern and chic decoration. Room and bed very comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet.
