Horrible Experience-Do Not Book This Place (0 Stars) Review: I had an absolutely terrible experience with Icon City Premier Suites by WeCare. I booked this property expecting a smooth check-in, only to receive no communication whatsoever until days after my scheduled stay. They failed to send any check-in instructions, and despite calling numerous times over four days, no one answered the phone. To make matters worse, they lied about sending me an email with check-in details, which I never received. This level of unprofessionalism is beyond absurd, leaving customers stranded with zero support or accountability. I strongly urge everyone to avoid booking this place to avoid the frustration and loss of money. This property deserves 0 stars.
