Konaklamamiz guzeldi.Ayrilis yaparken aracimizi bulamadilar.Bunun ici uzun sure bekletildik.2 gece konakladigimiz otele 3000 TL. de otopark ucreti odedik.

Otel konum olarak güzel, fakat konaklama tarihimden 2,5 ay önce rezervasyon yapmama rağmen geldiğimde maalesef sizi yan otele yollamamız lazım dediler. Konakladığım otel kötü bir otel değildi fakat. 2,5 ay önceden kongremin olacağı otelde konaklamak istediğim için rezervasyon yapmıştım. Bu nedenle kişisel olarak bir daha tercih etmem

Kahvaltısı mükemmel çalışanlar çok çok iyi harika bir deneyimdi

Kahvaltı çok iyi. Çok zengin. Diğer rixos otellerinden daha nitelikli. Odalar temiz ve ferah. Sadece oda ikramı konusunda daha cömert davranılabilir.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Rixos Tersane Istanbul. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful, and very well designed. The lobby area was especially artistic, full of beautiful artwork that gave the place a unique and elegant atmosphere. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English fluently, which made everything very comfortable for us. A special thank you to Sofia for her kindness and professionalism; she made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back.

Otelde ikinci kez konakladim her iki seferde cok memnun kaldik ailecek. Otel sahane tum detaylari ile, temizlik, konfor, konum ve tabiki deniz manzarasi. personel cok ilgili guler yuzlu. Kubra hanim ve Burak beye ozel tesekkurerimi iletmek isterim. Kesinlikle krar gidecegim bir otel.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Rixos Tersane Istanbul. Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet und liegt in einer sehr angenehmen Gegend mit einer tollen Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, sehr sauber und der gesamte Service ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts äußerst freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Pelin, die besonders aufmerksam war und unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Professionalität noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen.

We had such a great three nights stay at Rixos Tersane, with my family. The staffs were so welcoming and helpful. My room upgraded to full sea-view and additionally with balcony. Breakfast buffet was also great with lots of options and a great view. In extra, I would like to extend our thanks to Mrs Kubra from guest relations for assuring a comfort stay with an extra services by arranging indoor pool for the kids at Aliee Hotel.
