The receptionist was full of passion for the hospitality.

Everything is great, nice location, enough room space, comfortable bed and nice design, except the water pressure is a bit low.

非常非常的好！ 飯店就在里昂機場旁邊，不用拉著行李走很遠，飯店明亮、乾淨，住起來非常舒服，服務極好。 搭電梯都需要房卡，安全度大大提升！ 極推！！

Good hotel near train station.

Loved staying here, very convenient as it is right next to the train station. Super friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great stay, would definitely recommend and if I'm ever in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Jack at the front desk put my mind at ease. Traveling alone in a foreign country/language can be rough but he was happy and friendly. Great location and accessible to everything Lyon has to offer. Train station pretty much in the same building. Lyon is a beautiful City. Don’t try to park a car though.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Location of the hotel is very convenient being right Next to the Lyon Art-Dieu Station.

リヨンの駅真横でタクシーも目の前に常駐していたので、便利でした。また、ショッピングセンターもすぐそばにあり買い物するにも便利でした。ただ、UberTaxiは目の前に配車できないため、その点は不便かも？

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, si al caso no me gustó que los taxis Uber no te puedan recoger justo enfrente del hotel pero eso no es culpa del mismo. El hotel es bonito, súper cómodo y ante todo su personal muy amable, de aquí en adelante buscaré quedarme en los hoteles de esta cadena, muchas felicidades a Pullman Hotel!

Samstagmorgen um 8 wurde ich durch Baulärm im Hotel geweckt, anscheinend renovierten sie den Raum nebenan. Der Empfang gab mir 2 Zimmerschlüssel, damit ich die klinaanlage eingeschaltet lassen konnte. Das housekeeping hat den schküssel dann entfernt. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir wieder ein neuer gegeben, der alte war wohl immer noch gültig. Habe am Abend Personal in meinem Zimmer angetroffen, das auf "Kontrollgang" war... Kann das hotel nicht empfehlen.

Really nice modern hotel right near the station. Our only complaint was a rancid smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. A real shame because it was a lovely stay otherwise.
