The hotel is nice, however it is a little confusing when you first walk-in. There is a seating area which made it feel like a restaurant or coffee shop. It’s effectively a hybrid space, and we checked in at the desk in amongst the people eating & drinking.
Aside from that, the room was small (as advertised), and therefore you wouldn’t want to do more than 1-2 nights there. Even with a carryon case we were pushed for space. We’ve stayed in similar places and they had a little more in terms of space saving ideas.
Would still recommend for a night or two in London.
