As a business trip in this hotel. Haa a great experience there, and worth the price. Appreciate for the treatment.

高級不抽菸房間黴味很重,客戶來訪感到不適,一樓大堂寬敞,訪客停車方便,步行十分鐘左右,購物.小吃餐廳很多

Quite a good hotel in TangXia city. Nice bed but quite noisy for rooms near KTV floor.

此酒店对面便是塘厦至罗湖巴士总站，若能改善过马路的设施，更能方便客人。附近吃的选择也多。酒店观感稿旧，但房间宽敝舒适，职员专业度有空间可提升，但都亲切有善。

周辺の店も、コロナ禍を経てだいぶ様変わりしていました。　携帯決済の普及のせいか、街中どこにもATMが見当たらないのが不便でした

This hotel is showing its age a little bit. Breakfast buffet - go early because they don’t do refills. Empty plates.... At check out they claimed I had consumed a bottle of water, which I had not. They took a long time and even sent a ‘manager’ to my room. I offered to pay The $4.— anyway because I had a car waiting and needed to leave. They took another 5 minutes making all the other guests wait for checkout. I will not stay at this hotel again. Their staff is not up to the task.

日本語の通じるスタッフもいるし、皆さん親切です！

東莞市塘厦で日本人宿泊で便利と考えるとまずこのホテルと考えます。 ホテル前までは深圳羅湖のバス乗り場から直通バスがあり、ホテル目の前には日本料理屋さんが多数あります。ホテル部屋内も快適ですが、水回りには少し古さが見え始めました。朝食も種類が豊富で、塘厦に宿泊する日本の方はまずここが第一候補と考えてよいと思います。

ホテルは新しい無いですが、キチンと清掃された清潔なホテルです。周辺には日本食食堂もたくさんあり、日本人には快適です。

日本語のサービスがあれば凄く良いが…

フロントで言葉が通じない。日本語も、英語も。 時間帯に、よっては英語スタッフがいるときもあるがチェックアウトの時間帯に言葉が通じないのは辛いから。

The place shows wear and tear and could use a remodel. It’s still nice though. AC system was not very reliable in my room and not always able to keep temperature at comfortable levels. Staff is friendly and helpful but few speak English so have your smartphone ready for translation.
