Very nice stay

Hotel room walk in closet lighting issue. Sensor does not work properly. It was on all night and I could not sleep due to the brightness. We had requested your staff to come over and check out but it could not been fixed immediately that evening.

Die Zimmerausstattung, das Ambiente, die Größe waren insgesamt echt super - und wir kennen einige Hotels. Der Pool in der Lage mit Glaswand zum Blick nach außen ist spektakulär. Das Personal war durchweg sehr, sehr freundlich und engagiert. Das Frühstück in der Auswahl sowie auch der Raum mit dem tollen Ambiente waren super.

I am in love with what this hotel has to offer. Their service is 10+. From checking in to checking out, this hotel meets all expectations. I asked for a late check out and they have me a 3pm without extra charge. The view of the skyline is breath taking. They also have a pillow menu to ensure your stay is good. They offer refreshments daily and theyre all amazing. I would def come back and stay here again. They are also very walkable to the train station.

Booked 4 upgraded rooms with the family. Staff are under trained. Definitely catered to Chinese speaking guests only and not foreign friendly. Upon arrival, (it was 6pm) they gave us a room barely ready with the windows open. Immediately after entering, our nose were filled with such harsh chemicals. Unbearable.
