I stayed here for one night before my flight because I just wanted a few hours of rest, but honestly I was disappointed.
I accidentally bought the $20 breakfast before realizing my flight was in the middle of the night. My mistake, but I asked if they could either refund it or let me use that amount toward dinner instead. They said no, but offered a breakfast box. I asked what was inside and explained I don’t eat most of those things. I even asked if they could just replace some of it with two boiled eggs. At first they said no, then said they would try. When I picked it up at 1 a.m., there were no eggs. The sandwich was okay, but the muffin was so dry and hard I couldn’t even eat it. Definitely not worth $20.
The room wasn’t great either. I was in room 210, right next to the massage room. There were people talking, laughing, and slamming doors late at night. There was even a bench outside my door where people were sitting waiting, so it was anything but quiet. I booked the hotel just to get some sleep before my flight, and instead I couldn’t really rest. The good thing, you can see hotel is new and clean, i requested pillowcase and the cleaning lady brought it to me shortly after my request. But on top of everything, there were mosquitoes in the room. I spent forever trying to catch them and still ended up with around 10 mosquito bites.
Overall, I expected much better service. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just a little flexibility and a quiet room before an o
