The hotel has great location, staff are friendly but need more hospitality training. The rooms tends to be small, leaving no space to walk around the bed/ sink. Viewing into the shower space from the bed is not attractive and a very dated interior design look. Overall the style is like a IKEA dormitory 1978. Nice, but too instagramble and will quickly fade.

Excellent place, clean, stylish design, courteous staff, rooftop bar. Score 100. Unfortunately, this perfection was overshadowed by a doughnut event, due to a technicality they made a significant overcharge during checkout "according to protocol"..

Very clean, gorgeous decor. Staff very friendly and accommodating! We were able to rent bikes right there and helpful with suggestions. Perfect location, beautiful canal view from the room, and excellent location near highlights. Extremely quiet and super comfortable beds/bedding. Will definitely come back!

We like the interior design and ambiance of this hotel, very unique. The reception staff team was excellent - so friendly and helpful. The Opera House view from my room was super. I personally prefer a traditional bathroom setting instead of all the pieces were separated into 3 directions.

Great variety for breakfast, staff were excellent, our room was a large opera view and it was certainly large. Within walking distance of the canals and shopping.

While the hotel isn't the most accessible from the airport, everything else was absolutely perfect. I paid extra for the Opera view, and it was worth every penny—just staying in my room made the whole trip feel so much more luxurious and fulfilling. The service was top-notch; every staff member was polite, and I especially remember a very kind male staff member who went above and beyond. Plus, the surrounding area is packed with trendy cafes, lovely bakeries, and the Opera House. A beautiful place to stay!

Room 602 was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the view was great, the free fridge snacks (a rarity!) was a nice bonus, the hotel was quiet, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Who could ask for more?

Our stay at 25Hours was first class, everything about the hotel was what we wanted, including the location. The breakfast was a real treat, as it set up our day. Would definitely recommend it for a weekend break 👍😊

The best place I've stayed in Copenhagen. We have a young child and they were very accommodating as well as gave us a lot of recommendations. This was also a great central location to ride bikes or walk from but not right in the middle of downtown so there was less noise in the mornings. We are definitely coming back.

This is a fantastic hotel. Well decorated. Comfortable. Rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were all just so nice. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. So many choices. All fresh ingredients. Mimosas! Lobby/bar/sitting areas are all tastefully designed and comfy. The location is perfect. It's on the water. It's across a bridge to city center. And the food court Broen's has so many different kids of foods and drinks. We ate here multiple times and it's less than a five minute walk from the hotel. We will definitely be back to the 25 Hours Hotel on Paper island. Thanks guys. Well done.

Wir waren als Mädelsgruppe unterwegs und hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Schon beim Check-in lief alles absolut reibungslos, das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr professionell. Wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Unsere Zimmer waren hervorragend: sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und super komfortabel. Besonders gefallen hat uns die gemütliche Atmosphäre und dass alles so liebevoll gestaltet war. Auch der Service insgesamt war top, egal ob Frühstück oder allgemeine Betreuung, es hat einfach alles gepasst. Für unseren Mädels-Trip war das Hotel wirklich ideal. Der Check-out verlief genauso entspannt und unkompliziert wie der Check-in, schnell und ohne Wartezeiten. Insgesamt war wirklich alles hervorragend, und wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Frukosten var helt fantastisk, färskpressad Apelsin och äpple juice, du kan beställa omelett med valfritt innehåll, det var fräscht det som skall vara kallt var kallt det som skall vara varmt var varmt och det saknades ingenting. Dessutom mycket bekvämt.
