The cleaners were very responsive. They gave us all we requested in 2 minutes. Breakfast was good. I will recommend the property.

The property is clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast is good. Only downside is that the 3rd room has no aircon and our breakfast was late. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Room just ok toilet bowl un stable and bed and sofa old need to replace so far clean and host very nice.

Bed is sucks feels you laying in bed frame. No loading/unloading area traffic enforcer always in the area. I got a ticket.

The unit itself was beautiful. It was my children's 1st time in the Philippines, and my husband & 1 haven't been back for 20yrs so this trip was special. Some friends in the U.S. mentioned staying at BGC since we didnt know anyone in Manila and will be taking taxi here and there if needed. I'm glad I got EG Private House- unit was in Uptown Parksuites II. It was amazing- 3 BRs, 3baths, and another toilet in the laundry room. It was great for us and my 13 &11 yrs old boys. You could actually have a 5th person is needed, as there was another bed and a couch in the main bedroom. Each room had a beautiful view of the city. There was welcome items in the kitchen (such as ramen noodles, load bread, crackers, chips, juice, drinks) when we arrived. The girl who assisted us, sorry I forgot her name, was very responsive & guided us to our unit on our arrival and departure. The only thing I wasn't so happy about was 1 room where my younger son was, had swear words & inappropriate photos. I understood each room had its own character, but since different guests of all ages may possibly be there, it should be more appropriate for all ages. Our bed in the main room looked like it broke a few times before, it was glued together with brackets to keep it from falling apart. Other than that, it was a nice stay. We got calls from rhe service desk daily asking what time we wanted our breakfast to be delivered. Mega World Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi Mall was a walk across the street. Area felt safe

The good: Free breakfast every morning was great. Pool is nice. Gym requires escort. Not a big deal. Location is great. Very walkable. Never needed to go anywhere except for planned excursions. I would absolutely stay here again. Extra maids toilet/shower inside laundry room. Have to hang dry laundry however due to no dryer. The bad: elevator wait time is ridiculous. 2 out of 5 we’re down upon arrival with in caused major back up. 1 remained broken throughout duration of our stay. The sheets are not really comfortable since it’s not really sheets. The blankets are synthetic. Beds are hard. Pillows don’t have pillow cases and way too soft. Kitchen needs a few useful items for week long stays such as tongs, foil, larger trash can. Bathroom shower leaks onto the floor but that seems to be common in several Asian countries (Japan, Korea, Vietnam). There’s a drain next to the toilet in every bathroom I’ve seen.

Great for small families. Close to everything. Staff are very nice and helpful. Clean and great location.

The property is very nice, cleaned and very well maintained. The bed is a different story it was though one box spring and a thin bed topper.

The place and the service is excellent. The only thing i didn’t like was the entrance of the place. A lot of stairs to deal with specially when you came from the airport and a lot of luggage with you and you have to deal with the stairs was ridiculous. Overall stay was excellent. Thank you for the staff they are sooo nice and easy to communicate.

The EG staff are very helpful and excellent with their work. Our rooms are clean and aesthetic. The place is close to restaurant and shopping centre, where easy to go around and navigate the area. If there’s a chance will stay again and recommend the place. Thank you for the service!

Service was great, the property itself wasn’t all that good. Street noise. Really uncomfortable bed and pillows, beat up bathrooms.

We have an excellent stay at this unit. Clean, modern property in a prime location. With friendly & accommodating service from the staff. Breakfast was delivered right in our room which was very convenient. We would love to stay here again!

체크인시 복잡한 체크인 절차와 외부 방문객에 대한 너무 과도한 규정의 간소화가 필요해보임. 여행을 온 느낌이 순식간에 감시당하는 느낌으로 바뀜. 비치된 수건의 질이 너무 안좋아 사용후 온몸에 보풀이 묻었음. 시설내에 금고시살없음. 한달살기는 모르겠으나 잠시 머울기로는 비추천

the stuff is very nice , clean room , they have free breakfast deliver every morning it’s awesome. the restaurant and shopping it’s close walking distance. i love this place .

One of the aircon not working and leaking . However housekeeping was fast to rectify

Check in was smooth and convenient. EG’s friendly and courteous staff was always there to help during our stay and most helpful with all our luggage both checking in and checking out. The rooms are spacious and they are sure to keep everything clean and tidy. Tons of breakfast options and the complimentary breakfast and snacks are a nice touch. Located in the center of many restaurants and shopping opportunities, I highly recommended staying here and look forward to booking with them in the future.

Front desk only checks you in, then you have to wait for property employees to show you to your room. Room service was spectacular. Location of apartment/condo was prime. This is not a hotel, it is an apartment setting with hotel room service.

Was good for the price, the free breakfast is whatever they bring you and if you have an open mind, you will enjoy it. Staff are amazing, room clean but could use some general maintenance. The location is good but there is loud music far into the night, i still heard it at 5am. Walkability is easy and grab is quick, pool is just ok for a quick cool off. Over all was good, no real complaints.

Excellent staff. Clean and excellent location. Will book again next time. ❤️👍
