位於Zürich 機場附近到達容易，酒店附近有很多餐廳及超巿購物店鋪，酒店員工非常有善，房內乾淨舒適。

我們是自駕泊車在酒店的，感謝職員提示可在酒店繳付泊車費，這會比較平宜。但可惜付款後職員表示收據會在之後電郵給我們，但最後還是沒有收到。 房間洗手間抽風系統相當可怕，好像完全沒有似的，加上洗手間門罅相當大，大便時的臭氣回轉到房間內，幸好房間可以開窗，加快臭氣消失。 晚上路人還是相當熱鬧，影響休息，未知是否該地區問題還是偶然。 早餐......食物少得不得了。

Clean and brand new room. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and train station, making transportation easy. There are several buses from the airport, and you can also take a train to the city center. Nearby, there are three supermarkets and many restaurants.

飯店交通非常方便，從機場就有公車可以抵達，下車後步行1分鐘即可抵達，附近還有兩家超市，房間非常舒適，設計的動線也很棒，尤其是有大的工作桌跟化妝台合而為一搭配大面的鏡子非常方便，可滿足女生化妝的需求，也可提供大桌面方便使用筆電。還有一面大大的穿衣鏡，一切都非常得好。 雖然飯店沒有提供煮水器及冰箱，但可至櫃檯拿熱水及冰塊，櫃檯服務人員也非常的友善，若是有轉機需求的人，這是一個非常方便服務友善的飯店，下次再來一定會再選擇入住這家飯店。 另外，再出發前對於飯店有一些問題，詢問Hotel .com 的線上服務人員也提供非常好的服務，真的非常感謝！

The breakfast area could be improved. Unfortunately, the open windows allowed flies to land on the ham and bread, which compromised hygiene.

チェックインもチェックアウトもスタッフとやりとりせず、機会でできとても楽でした。 部屋はとてもきれいで、エアコンも完備されています。ベッドも清潔でふかふかです。 徒歩2分程度のところにクローテン駅があり、チューリッヒ中央駅まで1本でアクセスできます。 ホテルの下にはcoopがあり、買い物にも困りません。 チューリッヒ空港からはタクシーで2分ほどでした。タクシーの料金は高めでした。

Bed was extremely comfortable- was a perfect place to stay the night before a flight!

Great check in

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport. Great lobby. The room was new and clean. The one swinging door serving both the bathroom and shower was clever but did not afford a lot of privacy sound-wise. Regarding check-in, I prefer having a person check me in and not a self-serve kiosk. We switched from the kiosk to the staff member at the front desk after trying the kiosk but it was taking too long.

Easy access to the airport and walking distance to the train station.

The self-check-in was easy and the room was clean. Simple and exactly what I needed for one night!
