Very nice ambience, impecable,

Very nice , has a pool & is right next to a food place.

This hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very delicious. One thing that was not great was that I booked a room with a king bed on hotels.com and they checked me into a room with two queen beds. I was told they don’t confirm 3rd party bookings unless you call to confirm and they just give you whatever is available, however that is not explicitly said anywhere on the website or listing and they could not accommodate me to a correct room so that was a bummer. Very big let down.

Easy check in, easy check out, clean amenities and room. Quiet place and comfortable

New property. Aesthetic was more modern industrial so not too plush. But clean and met all my needs.

Room smelt little weird. Freeway is loud. Good access. Nice amenities. Found hairs in bathroom. Mostly clean.

Property description was very accurate. Most importantly, the hotel and room were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The only thing I would have wanted is a microwave in the room but I survived. I will definitely book here in the future.

I enjoyed my stay at Tru hotel for the first time at the property. Very comfortable bed forns good rest. Breakfast was really good,i look forward for another stay. Thank you for a fine stay.

Love the property. Breakfast included was amazing.

I had specifically requested to be on the quieter side of the hotel, not on the freeway side, 2 months ago when I made the reservation and then called and confirmed the request two weeks before my stay. My adult son was a judge for a high-stakes competition in town and it was imperative that we were well rested for two strenuous days of the competition. Upon arrival they said there were no rooms available on the top floor as we had requested or on the quieter side of the hotel. We could not sleep till around 3:00 in the morning it sounded like a race track outside the freeway was so loud. Housekeeping failed! the conditioner ,AND body wash dispensers were were empty. Also a light bulb burned out in reading lamp.The next day I had to leave early for our event and was told there were no rooms available to relocate to but that they would call me as soon as one was available. We returned at 6pm with no phone call, no supplies in our shower,and no reading light. I rode up the elevator with several new families that had just checked in to the quiet side and upper floors. I was very disappointed in our stay and the treatment we received.
