住宿和早餐都很棒

깨끗한객실. 편리한 이용. 미니바가 전부 무료라 풍부하게.음료. 물. 약간의.과자. 콤부차.맥주.와인 편리하게.이용 가능했고 위치도 너무 좋아서 프리미엄 디디 타고 40위안 안이면 거의 모든곳 방문 가능한.좋은 위치였고 무엇보다 직원들 친절도는 굉장합니다.놀라울 정도로 친절 합니다. 딱 한가지 조식은 그냥 그냥 입니다.

It feels like I am in a Thailand Spa resort but the lobby is kind of dark.

The check in and the lines for breakfast were not appropriate to an hotel of this high standard. It is not expected to pay a security deposit for the use of the room that is 50% the cost of the room. Other than that, it us a great hotel for stay comfortably in Shanghai.

Noisy construction work can be heard in bedroom. Toilet seat in bedroom too small.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. The secret garden that wraps around the lobby level is absolutely stunning and the room was so beautiful I got design ideas for my own home. The epitome of an urban resort.

객실은 깨끗하나 직원들도 시스템도 미흡하고 가격에 비해 뷰가 좋지 않음, 디테일적인 작은 어메니티들은 좋음, 부띠크 호텔느낌, 조식은 특히 블루베리 고ㅓ일이 좋었고 중식 양식 일식이 고루 있었음 엘베고장 정전등 여러가지로 첫인상은 좋지 않았으나 서비스태도는 아주 훌륭! 택시가 찾기에 힘든 호텔입구가 불편함, 투숙객들은 젊은 사람들이 대다수, 나름 힙한느낌! 다시가라고 하면 궂이 다시 가진 않을것 같음

도심 내 주요 관광 스팟들을 빠르게 갈 수 있는 위치가 편리했고, 호텔 중정의 정원과 객실이 너무 아름다워 마치 도심 속 오아시스 같았습니다. 또한 직원들이 매우 친절하십니다. 호텔 외부에서 물건을 잃어버린 상태로 귀국했는데 직원분들께서 물심양면으로 도와주셨어요 호텔의 스파 서비스도 매우 추천드립니다.

Service was just ok. They didn’t read my request and the staffs don’t speak English… I saw other guests’ hair in toilet counter.

高級感があり素晴らしいホテル。 たまたまスイートにアップグレードしてくれて、とても素晴らしい体験でした。部屋のミニバーも飲み放題、 全体的に綺麗で、食事も美味しかった。 レストラン、ロビー廻りは都心とは思えない静かなオアシスのような空間。ルーフトップバーもお洒落。

Clean room

Atmosphere was amazing. Loved my room(shikumen view). Gym and swimming pool, bars were good and breakfast menu wss special. All the people there was so kind and supportive. And especially Joy Epler Aragon made us so compotable for our stay! Neighborhood was also good so I will definately choose Alila Shanghai again for my next Shanghai trip.

Best hotel in the world! Top interior design. Amazing atmosphere!
