離車站約8-10分鐘路程，住宿附近即是教堂聖誕市集，走到琉森湖也是一兩分鐘，逛商圈也很方便。但若要走到獅子紀念碑附近逛就有一小段距離了。 客房整潔舒適，美中不足沒有電梯，搬運行李爬高樓層很不方便。 另外，客房服務有註明可以寄放行李，不過實際上卻要加收10法郎的費用，又是一筆額外支出。不過相較於要去車站賭有無寄放空間是方便許多。

Right in the centre of Luzern and 5 minutes to the SBB station. There is no lift in the hotel and no air conditioning. Although the weather was not hot at night but the street can be noisy sometimes. Overall is tidy and the room size is not big and not too small.

本来订的guesthouse 后来给我们升级成酒店 但是寄存行李要10瑞士法郎

對於我178米高的人仕來說，床太短! 房間內溫度很高，很熱，有風扇，但還是睡不好。員工(女的哪位)態度很一般! 房價平宜。

前台和酒店不在一起，还得到斜对面去办理入住，住宿条件还行

The room we booked is for 5 people, 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. These bed are comfortable to stay at. However, the size of the room is quite small. It is a bit difficult to move around the room with all our luggage.

地點不方便，要經過石仔路才到達，帶住行理很不容易。沒有升降機，要上三樓，十分艱難。房间超細，沒有空間放行理，還有一條斜的橫梁，令到轉身都沒有位，地點嘈吵。

房間比預期大和整潔，近觀光景點，前往火車站慢行拖喼大約十分鐘。可能因為是guest house所以要行樓梯，但最多也是行3層。酒店接待處是在對面街另一酒店，服務員態度好還會介紹附近觀光景點。

飯店離車站近走路約15分鐘,安排的房間並非我們原先訂的那一棟樓(它有2棟)被安排的房間在電梯旁邊所以一直聽到電梯上下的噪音且隔音也不好會有許多活動的噪音,地板不平行走也發出聲音,浴室非常小,沒有電熱水壺不方便,整體來說是較老舊的民宿,下次來不會再考慮入住.

Some staff reluctant to help to resolve the hardware problem of room at beginning. 5 CHF luggage storage charge is ridiculous.

位置距离老城区步行仅需十分钟，非常便利。附近有收费的地下停车场，入住退房都在马路对面另一栋建筑里。

由火車站去酒店行咗差唔多20分鐘,去到酒店Check in時發現唔係同一間酒店,我本黎訂咗令一間酒店,不過去到酒店門口,有張紙寫住要去前面多50米右手邊間酒店Check in,辦完手續後,上房,地方大,不過樓低矮,仲有把吊線係天花板到,真係好唔慣,不過員工都好友善,而且都好整潔,都算唔錯~

GOOD LOCATION BUT IT'S NOT CLEAN! WE FOUND AT LEAST 7 DEAD BUGS ON ONE BED. That made us hard to sleep!

The hotel is clean only.It takes 15-20mins to reach the hotel from the metrol. I think the Roseli house is under renovation so that i can upgrade to its mothers' hotel.
