Avoid if you are a Hindu from North India and with Family . OK if you are single and can bear the loud aeroplane noise every 10 minutes .

Overall experience was good and I would have given 5 stars however yesterday’s party experience was suboptimal making me question reliability and professionalism . We did plan the birthday party in advance and were told decorations will be up and tables will be set for the party at 7 pm March 18 . 7 pm -no decorations , no servers no menu . You guys said the area will be reserved for us barring 2-3 people but there were lot of people . I made atleast 5-6 visits to front desk however each time I was told someone will be there to help . Finally for 7 th time when I expressed my displeasure in detail only then there were servers it was only by around 7.45 /8pm . Till then no water no servers no menu for guests .Then you guys set into motion and we got servers and menu and water . I feel front desk and you guys were wilfully ignoring us else there was no reason to ignore 5-6 visits by me . The party experience was not professional and felt like a sarkaari guest house or an unwelcome charity stay . You could have warned us one day prior about keeping expections low and we could have planned the party somewhere else. Rest of stay was good so far . I feel the reason of poor experience was the manager present at that time and I felt he was biased against us for being Hindu and/or North Indian . I don’t have any other explanation of marked dip in customer service at that point .

Excellent vibe, outstanding staff from Ravi at the airport who sorted my taxi (INR1500) after being let down by a 3rd party taxi firm, to the manager who welcomed me at breakfast by name, to the excellent staff who arranged my transfer taxi to another hotel as well as sorting a packed lunch, can't ask for more. Great area around the pool and outdoor area. Will definitely be my go to hotel near the airport (15mins away).

Neues Moxyhotel in Flughafennähe, sehr freundliches Personal, schneller Checkin, Zimmer sehr aufgeräumt und sauber mit minimalistischem Konzept. Frühstück war verglichen mit Moxy in Europa sehr gut. Pool sauber und erfrischend. In die Stadt benötigt man etwa eine Stunde mit dem Taxi. In der Umgebung wird relativ viel gebaut, es gibt noch ein paar einfachere Hotels, und wenige Geschäfte fussläufig an der Hauptstraße.
