乾淨、服務態度很好，地點很優，但飯店設計講究造型不是很實用，燈光太暗，洗澡空間很cheap 。整個空間的設計沒有帶給人渡假休閒的感覺。

We had a wonderful stay, everyone was super nice. Our cleaning lady folded our clothes every morning, her attention to detail was noticed. The girl at the front with red hair was very happy and made sure to help with any questions and when we left she provided us with waters to go. The attendant female at the spa was exceptionally friendly and walked us trough the spa & explained everything. The spa was really nice and modern we enjoyed it as well as the gym. We also loved the location of the hotel, super close to the museum and decently close to the astronomical clock. Really close to many restaurants. We enjoyed the rooftop too. We had such a great experience I wished I would have booked the W at Budapest instead of Matild Palace where we are currently staying. I could tell the difference in friendliness of the staff and amenities. Considering it’s in the same price range I wonder if I would have been better off sticking to the W Hotel here in Budapest too.

Fantastic stay at the W. The staff and service were great, as was the breakfast and the spa.

We loved this hotel. The moment we checked in, we were greeted with a refreshing beverage. The room was very comfortable. The spa facilities were available during our stay and after walking the streets of Prague, it was great to relax in the spa. The location was great as we walked everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Muito bom, destaque especial ao atendimento do bar do lobby excelente. A rua estava em obras, fato que dificultou um pouco a experiência mas nada grave. Café da manhã excelente.
