交通很方便，附近就是 finsbury park 地鐵站、也有好幾間超市。房間有廚房，但沒有抽油煙機，適合簡單加熱食物。床蠻舒服，另外還有一張兩人座的沙發床可以坐。 房屋的隔音不太好，開關門聲音很大（主要是門設計的問題很難輕聲關門） 對於聲音比較敏感的不太適合。晚上網路不穩定。浴室的排水慢，只提供兩條浴巾（沒有毛巾和擦手巾）。

Flies everywhere in apartment. Pictures do not match reality. Even though booked for 3 guests only two towels. Kitchen towel stained and possibly not clean. Much smaller than pictured- no staircase. Beware- not a good value.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment was immaculately clean and offered plenty of space, which made it comfortable throughout. The photos didn’t match the property exactly, but the place itself was still nice. The staircase leading to the upstairs room was quite slim and a bit awkward to navigate, so something to be aware of. Communication could have been smoother, but in the end I felt the stay offered good value for money.

We booked an apartment in Finsbury Park Road and weee given a completely different apartment an extra 15 mins walk away. The stench in the apartment coming from the drains was horrendous and the "patio" was overgrown and had a black bag full of rubbish left on it. The contact was extremely unhelpful and is still not willing to offer any resolution Would avoid at all costs

Room was great, booked parking literally across the road on just park. Issue was communication - hotels.com weren't able to contact the provider. If you need to contact them use the WhatsApp number on your invoice. That works

Received check in detail one hour before arrival which I feel is a bit late, but the instructions were clear and we easily found the apartment which was in a great location for visiting the Emirates Stadium. It was clean and had everything needed for a restful overnight stay. Could easily have stayed a few more nights.

The property was really clean...shower head was broken and hole in wall. But messaged and they said they were going to sort it. Lots of amenities to use if staying longer,than a night. Bedding was clean & smelt amazing. Not a bad area tbh, and 15 mins walk from Emirates Stadium. Only probably is the staircase leading upstairs, is a not good especially if you had children, had to come down backwards, has felt unsafe. Spiral staircase quite tight to walk up or down. Price was reasonable & would probably stay again if need to be near Stadium. Convenient for Emirates & about 10 minutes from Finsbury 's Park Underground

After some initial confusion regarding payment (I thought it was being taken automatically via Hotels.com) we eventually got the passcode and address for the duplex apartment we were staying in. A little confusing that the address of our rooms was different to that on the Hotels.com listing and Finsbury Park Studios website. The person I communicated with on the day though was very helpful. Accommodation itself consisted of 2 large double bedrooms, the main one having a sofa, large tv and dining table & 4 chairs. Both bedrooms were light & airy with good storage. Modern bathroom with shower over bath. Small, dark kitchen (not like the picture on Hotels.com) but had sink, kettle, fridge, cooker, washer/dryer, iron. There was also lots of spare bedding & towels too. Furniture gave a modern mixed with old look, general decor was a little tired, but overall the accommodation felt clean. Situated on a quiet side street just off the main road with cafes, pubs, shops etc and opposite Finsbury Park itself & a 10-15 min walk from Tube Station. Approx 25 min walk to The Emirates Stadium. We had a comfortable nights stay & probably would return if in the area.

Avoid. Booking was cancelled the same day as I was supposed to arrive. Communication terrible, late and deliberately unhelpful. Review with extra details keeps being rejected but have stayed in this area many times and would book much further away than book here again.

The Apartment was lovely and spacious- The bed was made nicely - The sheet wasn't clean though. Towels and toilet rolls were provided which is extremely helpful. Fans were also provided which was needed in the heatwave. Messages were answered quickly with the host and the access to enter the property was easy. I would definitely stay again

The good: Location is absolutely fantastic. Relatively quiet area, 17 minutes walk to The Emirates Stadium (or 5 minutes to Finsbury Park underground). Staff very helpful and friendly, quick to respond. Water pressure in the shower is really good. The bad: Poor cleaning, sofabed very cheap and bad, same for all bedding - very poor quality polyester, the room didn’t seem ready for 3 people. We stayed for one night only and had a cockroach in the room when we first arrived. No airconditioning, and we just happened to be there on the warmest night in May for 79 years, it was unbearable. Actually thought it was some kind of official Arsenal stay, but I can’t imagine that it is, the photos are very, very flattering. We’ll be looking elsewhere in the future.

They specified that access is only via a reference code to be provided via email a day before. This email never came and their phone number was unreachable. This has happened twice now as I booked the rooms at the same time over a couple of weeks and could not cancel after my first terrible experience. This place needs to be investigated by Hotels

Ok ophold, men en del mangler. Mangler: knag til jakker i gang, opbevaring på badeværelset, holder til toiletpapir, lys i opgang. Træls lugt på badeværelset. Haven og området meget snusket med affald og ukrudt.

Lovely room, was just what we needed and such a great location, made our trip really easy. Only thing I would say is the bed was a little uncomfortable. I’m used to a firm bed but this one was very firm.

Not particularly clean

Smelled bad, which they tried to cover with a odor machine that made it smell even worse. Other than that it was ok. A bit of noice from hall when people came and went.
