clean room, great service, great view but north facing so when the sun is low in the sky ( ie in november when we went) the pool is in shade which can get a bit chilly. Imagine it is beautiful in summer. Spa has sauna and steam which is usually quiet so feels very personal and calm. would use again

Staff nice - kept having to ask for extra towels as would only give us 2 when 4 of us - water took ages to get hot

1-Noisy all of the guests families with their children 2-Crowded hotel I can’t relax at the hotel, as this my goal from to stay in this hotel, but unfortunately I don’t found it. 3-it was difficult to find a table in the restaurant for the breakfast, and the staff because the crowded can’t give a good service for the guests in the restaurant the priority for the big tables the families. 3- the bottle of the water in the room very hard to open and i can’t open it and i drink the water the toilet snd kitchen tap water. I will not stay in this hotel again it was a bad experience for me.

I loved the place. Very fancy and very new and clean. The only downside was that there were so many restrictions for the kids, although I booked this trip for my kids. I hope they become more kids friendly soon.

the stay was amazing as the property was new and tidy. the hotel was well maintained with friendly staff.

The staff was very unprofessional, and were harassing my mother for putting a negative review because the check in process was horrible.
