Everyone was very friendly and helpful that made our staff very pleasant. Only issue is noise insulation of the room was not very good

Amazing what they have created given what they had to work with!

At first we couldn’t find the hotel, even the taxi driver was unsure. But we were pleasantly surprised that it was located in the football stadium and it wasn’t a castle. Staff was great and helpful, the place was very clean. A short walk took us to a good choice of different restaurants. The one negative was the hotel restaurant ran out of multiple items on their menu so our dinner choices were limited. The hotel manager was very apologetic and helped to make the meal enjoyable.

Is an excellent place to go to with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops just with a walking distance also the bus service is with in reach number 2,3,4 and 25 all take you to the old town is a perfect hotel for peace and quiet thank you to all the staff we will come back.

Fabulous stay. Room was immaculate and really well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. Every single member of staff was pleasant and friendly. Would definitely return next time we visit Edinburgh

Everything was as advertised, and the staff were extremely helpful accomadating any request.

The reception staff in the main entrance and on the second floor were lovely and so helpful, and the room was modern and clean. I appreciated the fridge in the room and the free Scottish snacks. Bathroom was sparkling clean and breakfast was good too.

First time in Scotland and my wife and I were treated as long-lost family members. Truly warm, caring and compassionate folks that went out of their way to help us.

Very clean and large unit. Near main bus line to reach downtown. Did not purchase in-house breakfast. Would stay here again and recommend others do so as well.
