通往酒店的道路有点陡峭，有些岩石尚未铺好，入住手续办理得很顺利，工作人员非常友好，一切都很好，酒店很漂亮，很宽敞，有很多通往私人海滩的通道，景色也很好，当我第一次进入房间时，它很干净，香气扑鼻，食物很美味，我想再次回来，因为这个地方让我有宾至如归的感觉

度假的好地方，私密性好，有家的感觉

度假村很漂亮，很舒适，花园套房类型，服务很好，我把牛奶瓶落下了，工作人员马上在WA上告诉我，并立即打包好了。但很遗憾，餐厅的服务和菜单不太好，希望能有所改进。

房间还可以，直接可以看到海景。清洁度还可以。空调真的很冷。只是 Wi-Fi 坏了，所以我无法从酒店访问互联网。享用美味的早餐。只是菜单选择不多，令人印象深刻的是可以在这里过夜，但是进去的时候我还以为走错路了。修复度假村入口的道路，这真的很糟糕

度假村入口陡峭且受损。到了晚上，别墅周围的照明也不足。但位置确实是最好的，您可以欣赏日出和日落美景。非常私密。

Good places to visit with family or friends because the vibes was so great to stay here and enjoy the beach view

The resort scenery is great! They're giving Balinese vibes with the whole Balinese umbrella and plants. We booked junior beachfront which gave us a direct view to the beach. So sleeping with the sounds of waves serenading you was another level of beach side stay experience. The whole resort was still undergoing renovation during our stay so certain areas were still empty or filled with construction material. However, it did not disrupt the whole resort scenery and vibes. There are a few things that I want to highlight: 1. Sloping Bed Unfortunately, the bed in our room was sloping and hard. I thought perhaps since the resort was still undergoing renovation, they were still using facilities that were available. But it'd be great if you can reassess the bed in Junior Beachfront No. 6. But overall the room was great, compact but complete. The bathroom was nice and clean, they provided table and bench for dining in our room, a mini fridge to store our seafood and meat that we brought for bbq night, and side tables. 2. Withholding Guests' ID Card I was taken aback when the front office staff asked to withhold my ID Card (KTP) during our stay. When I asked why, the staff said that they previously had an experience with guests that checked out of the resort without settling their bills and failed to report themselves to the front office. Since then, the resort owner made a policy to withhold guests' ID Card during their stay. But I politely told them that I wasn't comfortable with anyone else but me holding my ID Card so I proposed for them to take photo of my ID Card instead. They understood my reasons and agreed to take photo of my ID Card instead. So no issue after that. 3. GREAT SERVICE! So we decided to have a little bbq for dinner at the porch of our room. We brought our own portable stove, bbq equipments, meat and seafood. But we ordered rice, drinks, and kangkung from their restaurant. They were also nice enough to lend us extra plates, spoons and forks for the bbq seafood and meat. They also helped us to wash and clean the seafood at their kitchen so it would be ready for the grill. We really appreciate the help and assistance given by the kitchen staff that night. 4. BEACH PLEASE! The resort has its own beach which was accessible from the Junior Beachfront area. So it was a few steps away from our room. We got the pleasant view of the fishermen boats floating on the sea and surfers during our tea and coffee session at our room porch. Their breakfast area/restaurant also offered a sea view seatings. Overall we had a pleasant stay and recommend this to anyone who want to stay in Pelabuhan Ratu area.
