The Metro Line 1 is right downstairs, which is very convenient.

For two nights it's okay. Everything is near least acceptable limit. The furniture was not clean, the property's floors are not made of good material. The overall experience was average.

Room smelt so much like bleach the first night it was a bit nauseating. Sheets not cleaned properly, towels disintegrate on you. Door to room was not sealed at the top so you can hear people walking/carrying luggage all night. At least, staff was nice and quick to meet any requests.

The staff was very efficient and professional at check-in and check-out and whenever I needed assistance from the front desk. However, then did not clean the room and only replaced the towels after the first night. Additionally, eye irritation indicated that there was a mold problem in the room particularly the bathroom. I started leaving the vent fan running 24/7 to mitigate the mold in the bathroom. The room had a refrigerator, sink, and microwave but no dishes nor silverware. The location was great, located feet away from the Rector MTA station and a short walk to Battery Park.

Excellent location. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Shower had hot water. What else could you want?

Poor desk service for sure. Towels kinda suck, but aren’t the worst unless you’re from a third world country. Only 1 wash cloth, there was 3 of us. Bring your own toiletries, unless you like Dial & Suave on your skin. Serious language barrier, unless you speak fluent Hindu. Convenient location, safe location, extremely close parking, but too expensive for the quality we received. Also, I agree with other reviews about the floor. I have calves of steel after staying for 2 days. Beware of surprise rocking chairs, you might slip and crack your skull open.

Should be a 1 star. Unfinished mess. Not clean. The price attracts low level and adds to personal risk. A woman alone should not stay here.

Don’t stay here lol trust me

Stayed for three nights, no room clean service, had to request towels repeatedly. The floor slops about 5%, be careful while walking. Outside was noisy, all kinds of trucks rumbling all night long.

The room was very dirty, it felt institutional with nothing but white walls, there was long hairs in my bed (I’m bald). I found a nail on the floor and a cap to a tube. It was clear they did not clean the floor.

I was unsure of the hotel because of all the poor reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised! A/C worked so well that I had to turn it off a couple times, the room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, and the staff was kind enough to hold my luggage for me while I waited for my ride.

It smells pot. The air conditioning fan is direct on me. I found bugs in my bed. Noising.

The front door to the hotel is locked at all times and there is rarely anyone stationed at the front desk. There is only one set of towels in a room reserved for two, the shower heads leak, and not all the rooms have balconies even though they are advertised as having them. Everything else is great, friendly staff, quick to remedy any issues that may arise, and there is always fresh coffee in the lobby.
