离渡轮码头15分钟的车程，步行3分钟有各种餐馆，选择的一家改良中餐馆味道相当不错，适合中国南方人的口味，份量也很足，侍者友好。公寓房间干净整洁，设施齐全，接待的先生友好和善，详细介绍设施使用。非常满意的一次选择。

Very clean room and front of house. great facilities, good pressure shower, simple kitchenette, plus a coffee machine. TV even had sky channels. The lodge has internet access. Air conditioning unit in room also. keeps it cool,(or hot) Easy commute to the food and restaurants and shopping complex, short drive to the train station.

Great modern rooms have everything. Free laundry and the manger was super nice. Also, easy communication before arrival as we were not sure what time we would get there.

Very welcoming. This is the thirdctime i have stayed at ava. The provide everything that i need. I hope the new owners continue thr good service. This is always my go to when i go to lower hutt and need some accomodation.

I wouldn’t go back only because it was quite unfriendly. But the place itself was nice.

Nice hotel. Spacious room, clean, kitchen well equipped. Large shower and comfortable bed. Walked to restaurant and convenient store.

Good parking and facility

Lovely property, been staying here for years…..I will say that the new owners/operators are a real hit & miss…… sometimes you get a smile but most times you don’t. Certainly don’t feel as welcome as previous owners…… that made this place….. struggling to want to stay again….

Beautiful room and outlook, superb facilities and lovely staff and atmosphere. We’re coming back and we’re so excited about Petone too it’s gorgeous and fabulous shopping and high quality cafes!

Ava Lodge was a fantastic place to stay. It was clean, cosy, comfortable and well worth the price. It was close to the beach and shops and there was good parking.

Our room was beautifully presented, clean and well equipped.
