Very nice apartment !!! We had a great vacation there!

Checked out after one day when we found out there is no pool, when the photos showed a pool. We never would have booked it if we knew beforehand that there was no pool. We only got a partial refund when we should have received a full refund because the photos tricked us into booking this property.

The apartment had that amazing home feeling to it and the size and how comfortable the bed was phenomenal. I have never slept so good! Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Also communication from the property managers was really good, they checked on us to make sure we arrived safe and sound, they made sure throughout our time staying that we were okay and didn’t need anything. And then after we had left they were still super polite and caring. My husband and I will be returning!

Loved it. Beautiful property. Great location. Spacious and has everything you need. The pool area is great and gives you the option to spend time outside even if your not wanting to swim. Plenty of areas for different family members to do different things. Great communication and friendly service. Was so easy checking in and checking out. Will definitely be back. My new favourite place.

The property is lovely, clean and local the management are great. But the facilities are not ideal. No aircon in the bedroom, only sheer curtains in the main area which gives no privacy at night, no full length mirror, no oven and no in room laundry. All a bit unusual when you rent an apartment.

Great location, loved the property especially the private pool. Had everything we needed and the beds & pillows were amazing! Highly recommend!

Great location in Surfers'. Quiet street, less than 100 metres from the beach, 200 metres to Cavill Ave shops and eating places.

Place was great, good space nice furnishings , check in went easy everything done by text and email. Only complaint was the patio door needed to be cleaned. If you have a car you need to book it ahead as there is not much parking. Location is perfect close to beach, dining and entertainment.

Cannot fault this place, every aspect was perfect, cleanliness, location, amenities 5 stars all day long!

We stayed at The Shores for 16 nights, it was well worth it being so close to the beach and also not too far from the heart of Surfers Paradise. The staff were easily contactable and the apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we needed. Bonus was having access to a complimentary laundry facility.

ビーチに近く、サーファーズパラダイスに徒歩圏内でアクセスが良く、施設もリノベーションしてあり、清潔、過ごしやすい広さでした 残念だったのは、フロントがないため、コミュニケーションが取りにくく、トイレットペーパー、タオルの補充の依頼にて間取りました。ランドリーもついてはいましたが、部屋内ではなく、共同で２個しかなかったです。プールもペントハウスのゲストしか利用できないので、プールも利用したいゲストにはおすすめできません オフシーズンに利用したので、お値段的には満足です

Thank you The Shores Team! I have had very good experiences in Gold Coast because of good accommodation. The check in process was a bit running late 15 min but when I got in the room it was amazing and good vibes! Really recommend this place!
