Great hotel to use for exploring the Somme. A short 15 min walk into Albert and all that it offers. The bedroom was a good size and food in the restaurant was excellent. Staff were great and couldn't have been more helpful with everything.

Perfect for our stay visiting WWI memorials. Very knowledgable, cheerful and helpful team. Plenty of parking. Well appointed rooms. Bar and restaurant. 15 minute walk to the centre of Albert.

I was in room 14 and the air conditioning didn’t work which made the room very hot. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Loved the parking, how quiet things were, comfortable room. Really loved the breakfast! Disliked no elevator and lugging bags upstairs. Some of the staff had trouble with English, but we worked it out. Dinner was delicious!

Excellent base from which to tour the Somme area WW1 battle sites and memorials, which was my reason for staying here. Hotel, staff, food, and amenities were all outstanding.

A very good hotel for visiting the WWI sites. Comfortable with on site parking and it has a reasonable restaurant. The receptionist was most helpful telling us where to go to see the important sites

Easy walking distance of the town. Good hotel overall but breakfast was a little chaotic due to a large group that the breakfast staff weren’t manage

Great breakfast. Simple room but good size and with air con and a very comfy bed. Large open car park.

Kleine kamers, buitengewoon ongezellig en matig restaurant (veel te grote zaal met systeemplafond), we hebben ons twee dagen lang afgevraagd wanneer de trap naar boven (met rode loper erop) nou eens gezogen zou worden. Ontbijt-buffet werd matig aangevuld. Roerei zag er uit als een plas kots. Wel verse jus, maar de jus-pers leek meer een soort frees, gewoon eng om je handen bij te gebruiken. Pas toen de tweede dag een grote groep Engelsen neerstreek in het hotel kwam er wat sfeer in.

A fabulous stay immaculate well proportioned room . A lovely building with character. The staff were great. Plenty of space in the car park and only a 10 minute stroll to centre ville. Absolutely recommend. Thanks.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast and evening meal. Very convenient location to drive to The Somme sights and easy to walk into the centre of Albert for the museum and restaurants.
