The host is friendly, warm and nice. Room is tidy and clean. TV is good. Everything is great. This is the B&B I wish to stay again if I have the chance to travel via LGW

Great convenient place to stay

Excellent experience!! The staff was all beyond nice. The airport pickup and dropoff was super convenient. Our family of 5 (3 teens) was very comfortable in the family room. I appreciated that they had USB and USB-C outlets as well as regular outlets. The breakfast was superb - the best we had on our whole trip! We walked to the nearby pub (.4 miles) for dinner and the food was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again. The one thing that made me hesitate about booking here was no a/c, but we visited during a heat wave and with the open windows and the fan we were still more than comfortable at night. Highly recommend!!

The staff was kind and welcoming. The rooms are not air conditioned and with the windows open, and the drapes open to let the air in, you do hear road noise and get early morning light. I was not able to sleep much because of the noise and light. Convenient airport shuttle for 15 pounds.

This was false representation At best a 6.5 rating; Rooms and bathroom tiny, very thin walls - could hear every conversation outside, in the hallway and owners quarters at every time of day. Breakfast very limited Will not return for sure

Oh my Goodness where do I start! Jon, Nick, Laura and the lovely woman who cooked my breakfast were all so helpful and accommodating! Its such a beautiful Bed & Breakfast, with a quiet and relaxing back patio to enjoy with your free beverages, and a lounge area too. My room was so comfortable. The Shuttle to and from the Airport was Invaluable and £15 each way. Different breakfast options are also offered. It was a peaceful walk to the Parson's Pig. Where I had supper. The food was so delicious. I understand why the staff recommend it. Thank you for EVERYTHING! I will definitely stay there again on my next trip over the pond.

Helpful staff on arrival. Room a good size for 3 people, clean and adequate for what we wanted. Near to the airport.would book again.

The service was very personable. They bent over backwards to make sure it was a success. This really is a great experience. I can't say the same about Hotels.com. The website was terrible. Misleading process. Wildly wrong numbers. Failing chatbot. 'just terrible.

Everything was good, especially staff!

Excellent, cozy little place very close to Gatwick! Lovely little pub around the bend with excellent food. Jon was very friendly, helpful and hospitable and made our short stay very easy. Excellent airport shuttle service in an area where taxis and Ubers are VERY expensive. Thanks Oakhurst! :)

The only negative item to state was that the postcode via google did not bring us close to the property. I walked along the road for a few hundred metres, reading the various house signs before finding the property on a dark, unlit road. I just think some sort of indication should have been given as to the precise location. Apart from that, everything was 5 star.

Dishonesty

The room was exactly as we needed it to be and the accommodation was very quiet around us. The host was very warm and welcoming. We felt very comfortable there. Thank you so much!

Nice B&B, didn't have breakfast as a very early flight. Reasonably quiet room, slightly tired as paintwork in the shower room is peeling, but will use again if I have a similar trip.
