Loved it! Will be back! The staff was amazing

While this location is a $5 train from Florence plus $1.20 bus ride with the stop right out front it is in a beautiful town. We fell in love with Pistoia. The staff did reach out to me as I was checking in after check in time and made everything convenient for me. The buses stop running around 8ish and I didn’t see a taxi one night when we got back around 11pm so we had to walk 40mins to the hotel but it was a few streets that had lots of people out. Had pizza and pasta at the closes restaurants and they did not disappoint. Slippers and other amenities were provided which is a huge plus. The water, juice, and pastries were very good. Much needed in the morning and the night after walking back. The pool next door was very refreshing on a hot day. Would be back to visit and stay in this hotel.

The hotel staff were the best part of this old hotel. Rather old fashioned, other references talk about a pool? Despite the heat I saw nothing of this. Bathroom was clean but very very dated, everything worked although bathroom door did not shut properly. Breakfast was very basic but 24 hour help yourself affair, useful when coming in for a quick top up of coffee / water / juice. It was very noisy, mainly other guests, you could hear every little noise. I chose the hotel as it was roughly midway between Florence and Pisa. This was convenient but it’s 35 minutes walk from the station, there is apparently a bus although I walked each day.

The property was well maintained and full of all the necessities needed. The breakfast was served perfectly with delicious food. Self check in was easy and fast, it was a quiet, relaxing place. There is a swimming pool next to the hotel as well but didn’t get the chance to visit. Everything else was perfect and as expected.

The staff was amazing, attentive and super helpful. The room was neat and very clean. I would stay in this place again.

Rommene var romslige og ansatte hjelpsomme. Bygget var litt slitt, på taket på badet var det muggsopp. Til frokost hadde de det samme buffé som de hadde hele dagen lang, dette var skuffende. Tror ikke at jeg velger denne igjen

Hello, Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the host’s warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. They arranged another room for us for the next two nights, and when we returned to the original room, everything had been taken care of and felt fresh and comfortable. The host was incredibly considerate — always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, and even looking up the bus and train schedules for us as we waited on our last day. That small act of kindness left a big impression. It’s easy to see why this place has such a great reputation. We had been a bit tense after a not-so-great stay at a previous hotel, but the host and staff here really helped us feel at ease. We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and wish them all the best in everything ahead. Take care!

Great small hotel in a very friendly town. The owner speaks excellent English and he’s very personable. We used Pistoia as a base to export much of Tuscany.

Otel personeli çok nazik ilgili ve yardımsever insanlar. Odamız temiz ve sessizdi. Otelin havuzu son derece temiz ve güzel ayrıca su kaydırağı mevcut çok eğlendik. rahat ettik.
