Vi fick ett mycket dåligt intryck när vi kom till entrèn/porten. Försökte använda knappsataen utanför porten och lyckades till slut få fatt i en person, som enbart pratade italienska. Han pratade oavbrutet utan att vi förstod något. Efter ett par minuter kommer det ner en person som släpper in oss. Både text och bilder är överdrivna i Hotels.com:s presentation. Mycket enkel frukost som vi kunde få kompletterad. Personalen hjälpsam och trevlig. Personalen kunde bara italienska och tack vare Google translation kunde vi kommunicera.

The property couldn’t be more convenient. It is right in the Via Maqueda, the central tourist hub of Palermo. Thus, it is easily walkable to all of the city’s main highlights. The manager, Gabrielle, is a sweetheart!

Well located in the Palermo historic centre, within easy walking distance from the main sights. Nearby on-street parking. Area was a little noisy at night as it is located on a main pedestrian thoroughfare.
