Perfect hotel for our 2 days in Reims. Spacious clean room, very helpful staff and a extensive breakfast. I would stay here again anytime.

Hotel muito bom para servir de base na região de Champanhe. Café da manhã ótimo. Quarto espaçoso. a Cama poderia ser mais confortável. Banheiro muito bom. A localização não é tão próxima do centro ou das vinculas, mas tem um estacionamento ao lado, por um valor razoável, com desconto dado pelo hotel. Os deslocamentos podem ser feito por uber, por um preço baixo. De modo geral, vale a pena o custo benefício.

Clean and modern - nice room, good breakfast, very cool rooftop bar and within easy walking distance of central Rheims.

A very nice clean modern hotel with friendly staff, 10-15 mins walk from the old town. Has public a car park next door (with EV charging points) which is useful , and you can purchase a ticket through the hotel.

Very nice and new hotel! The rooftop is excellent, the rooms are very well equipped and parking is super easy! It’s a 15 minutes walking distance to the restaurants in the touristy city centre, but we also found very nice real French places nearby on Rue de Mars, which served really great food and had more of a nice vibe. The nice green area between Boulevard Foch and Boulevard Joffre is an amazing place to stop and take a cooling break with kids, to play in the small shaded playgrounds or the water fountains. For a 4 star hotel in champagne I would have expected a bigger selection of champagne options on the bar menu, which would be my only recommendation for improvement.

Modern new hotel in Reims, about 10 minute walk from each, the train station, and parts of the old town. Helpful staff. Good sized room with work table, and sitting couch. Fast wifi. Modern good sized bathroom with nice rain shower. Enjoyed breakfast with lots of options. Roof top bar with good view.

Nice room and good bed, clueless staff at the reception. Rooms were not ready at 3. Breakfast adequate but not very good for a 4-star hotel.

We had a very slow check-in which was exasperated by the excessive heatwave! However, the hotel team were very good and gave us a gift and an apology for the trouble. It's often how the problem is addressed rather than the problem itself, so I congratulate them for that. Nice coffee cafitiere in the room, steamer and good tea.

Lovely hotel and nice staff. Only problem is I prepaid for my stay and had my credit card charged a second time. Now awaiting a refund.

This Radisson is new and sparkly but unfortunately the staff did not quite measure up with the nice facilities. They were friendly enough but simple things like having two free people at the front desk but then not helping us when we struggled with our bags in the revolving door, brings our rating down. We chose the hotel for its new facilities, the location, the gym, and the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, when I asked about the rooftop, they told me that it would not be open until a few days after our stay but that we were welcome to take a drink from downstairs up to it. We took our game up one night only to find a few employees winetasting up there and the bar was open. I ordered a cup of tea that took 30 minutes. Service missed the mark again. The breakfast was lovely—nice buffet and even included gluten-free bread options.

Modern, clean, newer hotel with spacious room and fabulous shower! Enjoyed our stay but it is a walk to the town centre and restaurants 15 mins or so, so doesn’t suit everyone.
