Das Zimmer ist super gelegen, direkt an der Metro Chatelet. Es geht drei Etagen hoch (ohne Aufzug) und ist nicht barrierefrei, das könnte besser kommuniziert werden. Das Zimmer gehört zu den saubersten, in denen ich übernachtet habe. Berichte über mangelnde Hygiene oder Schmutz kann ich überhaupt nicht bestätigen, im Gegenteil. Man hat alles, was man braucht, auf engem Raum. Das Bett ist 1,4m breit, das kann man also auch zu Zweit machen. Ich würde es allerdings nicht unbedingt empfehlen, es ist doch recht beengt. Dusche/WC und Kitchenette prima. Es gibt ein kleines, aber recht wirksames Klimagerät, das selbst bei der übergroßen Hitze im Juni den Aufenthalt erleichtert hat. Der Service war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfreich. Man teilt sich eine Etage mit zwei weiteren Apartments, und alle Gäste waren angenehm und rücksichtsvoll.

They never made us aware of the extremely steep stairs to the unit. There is a step down into the restroom. A approximately 12 raised area in the hallway. 100% non accessible. They were made aware that I have a son in a walker. They stated it had 1 flight of easy stairs. They totally lied. Don’t rent from these people. We found other accommodations at our cost. To date they have not supplied a refund. Despicable people.

Bien situé, épicerie Intermarché à proximité, chambre propre et bien équipée, lit confortable, bien éclairé.

Clean room, a few stairs to get up but in a good location

Great property. Close to transit, easy to find, close to restaurants, shopping, transit. Nice room with a second bedroom for our 3rd guest. Nice little kitchen and good size bathroom

Impossible to get ahold of the virtual reception after hours. We were only left 3 towels for 4 guests. The code on room door was reset at midnight even though check out was not till 11 am the following day. Horrible experience trying to reach virtual reception put on hold multiple times, calls gone unanswered and no response at all to WhatsApp, how they say to contact them. It took almost 2 hours to get a code to enter to room, a trip to to the police station and numerous calls and codes. The reception reached out 7 hours later via WhatsApp asking if we were able to access the room? Seriously!!!! Do not stay here!!! On the plus side, location was great.

This property had bedbugs (please see pictures below for proof) and was impossible to get a hold of anyone to resolve. It has been more than the 72 hours I was told I would receive information about my refund for a room that I had to leave due to it being not-safe for occupancy. DO NOT STAY HERE

Good accessibility from the airport, good connection to public transportation, several stations within walking distance. Many stores, restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. Clean small accommodation, fast service. Perfect for a few days in Paris.
