Unfortunately my room was not locking the room’s door. It was a problem with the lock. They did not have another room so we have to sleep there without looking the door. Every morning we have to pack our luggage and leave in with the front desk guy to keep it safe. They could not solve the problem for two nights, the third night they gave us another room.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff were pleasant and helpful. The only concern is that there was only ever one person on the reception desk, and that person was always busy, so the wait time long. It’s no criticism of the staff, who were working hard. The restaurant was outstanding!

The hotel itself was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Spotless and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and decent breakfast. Location was also ideal , just a few minutes from main attractions. Many transportation options available just in case you need to commute further. Now , Unfortunately I was unable to utilize the amenities such as the gym or spa due to my late check in at 11pm (1 overnight stay). I was a solo traveler and after long travel hours it would have been nice to relax in the spa . Wish they would stay open for later hours . Other than this , my stay was very pleasant. Will definitely stay here longer on my next trip.

The first night, our AC auto fan was broken but they fixed it the next day. Room was nice with sofa bed for the 3rd person. Breakfast was the best with so many selections like fresh fruits kiwis, apples, oranges and watermelon. Bread , cakes, yogurt, eggs, sausages, bacons, cheeses, salami and so many different of coffees and teas selections. The chapel church was very quiet and nice. The spa was worthy to pay euro $15 and get robes, slippers and water for the 90 minutes time. The location is a bir far from central so expect to add 45 minutes time to your travel to Colosseum one way.

We loved the beautiful garden on the property. Staff was amazing. We didn’t have any type of hand soap in our bathroom which seemed odd. Food at the restaurant was extremely good quality!

Hotel ótimo, novo, super bem decorado. Enxoval e limpeza ótimos também. Café da manhã também muito bom.

The room was awesome! It seemed like it was recently renovated, not sure if it was, but everything in it was pristine and working great! Really loved this hotel, it was the best one we stayed at on this current trip!

Vi hadde suite med balkong og jacuzzi, kan virkelig anbefales. Fantastisk fint hotell og hyggelig personale. Vi fikk shuttelbuss inn til sentrum av roma hver dag, sjåføren, Fredrico, var kjempetrivelig. Nydelig plass hvor vi ble anbefalt en liten lokal restaurant, som vi forelsket oss i. Fantastisk personale og mat. Spa var topp. Frokosten var ok, ikke toppkarakter for de som er vant til god frokost i norden, men helt akseptabelt. Stort rom og stort bad. Aircondition på soverommet.

Staff is incredible, very lovely hotel, would recommend to anyone travelling to Rome.

Breakfast and staff were really good. Air conditioning was nonexistent even though it stayed that they had it. It maybe just wasn’t working when we were there and it was super hot in the room.

Everything was perfect. Outside of the city center so ended up using taxis a couple of times, but the hotel offers shuttles near the colosseum daily.

Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Not worth the extra $. Although it has a shuttle that goes 24 hrs.,it is the only shuttle that takes guests to locations. Only seats 6. Did not show up to pick me up at the airport (reason I chose hotel) even though I called and texted 24 hrs ahead. Was told to find a taxi bc they couldn’t come for me. Last, it was so HOT and it was only MAY. Amenities like SPA, cold hot tub, no explanation of amenities, etc.

The staff was so incredibly nice, the place was beautiful, and the room was lovely. It is a little far from city center so be aware of that.

The hospitality at Adoro Hotel (especially by Vladimir) truly went above and beyond. His excellent service and attentive nature made our experience even more memorable. ​The rooms were spotless and modern, providing the perfect comfortable atmosphere to relax. Between the personalized service and the prime location, everything about this stay was seamless. ​Highly recommended for anyone who values a professional and personal touch.

The room itself was nice. However, when I entered the room they didn’t refill the water or the tea/coffee station. The breakfast selection is standard European breakfast but they do not have any prepared fruits available. The air condition is disabled until May 1 so the room was humid and muggy. Keep that in mind if you are travelling.
