The hotel's in the old town and close to everything. Plenty of choices for food, shopping and culture. The staffers are all friendly and fluent in English. My room is up on the 5th floor. It's bigger than necessary with a tall window overlooking the courtyard. The queen size bed is not firm nor soft. The bathroom is a little cramped but bearable. The furnitures are classic chic. Overall, convenient, quite and comfortable. I had my room cleaned twice in my 6-night stay. The bed was made and the trashes were taken away. They didn't replace the towels. I suppose one can get them replaced upon request. This is typical for hotels that are environmentally conscious.

Bristo is a nice cozy hotel, we feel warm welcoming from booking confirmation email to our acutal check-in and check-out. Situate at central of old Saint-Malo area, where the main attraction and good restaurant are all nearby, we love this hotel and will certainly come back if we have next visit to Saint-Malo.

Hotel parfait en plein centre

The Bristol Union is ideally located to explore the historic element of St Malo and the near by beaches. The proximity to car parks and the ferry port is useful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room just as described, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing location right in the centre of the old town, conveniently located close to public parking. Wifi was better than in most similar hotels in the region, the bed was not too hard, decent sized bathroom.
