Had a great one night stay with good size room for my family of four. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Although breakfast is not included, it is available and made it easy in the morning to have a good meal. The location is ideal to visit Pembroke Castle or take a ferry.

Fantastic location right on the Esplanade and there was plenty of for parking behind & in front of the hotel. You can see that there has been alot of work/money put into this property. There are loving public areas with large velvet couches to enjoy reading a book etc. The restaurant was large with a good menu. The room was clean but the bed was very low to the ground with a very soft mattress. Our room was located at the back & overlooked the alleyway, unfortunate we were woken two out of the three mornings at 5am with the truck picking up rubbish or empty bottles and the walls between rooms/hall were certainly not soundproof.

The room was clean a little water damp on the ceiling in the bathroom but that's to be expected over than that the room was clean the staff were polite and helpful and the food was great

Lovely stay at the Lord Nelson. Staff were great and made us feel welcome. We got to park our motorbikes in the staff area under CCTV which was considerate. Great selection of beers at good prices. Would stay again.

Comfortable room and bed. Excellent breakfast. Interesting old building, close to the waterfront with ample free parking. A very pleasant stay.

The room was clean and comfortable albeit the bed was tiny. But the real issue with the hotel was the description on hotels.com. It said there was parking and when we arrived the car park was full and the person on check in was quite curt about this saying it was first come first serve. The website did not make this clear, so it felt a bit misleading. The website also wasn’t very clear about whether breakfast was included or the cost. Also when we arrived there was a big wedding going on, which was fine, but it felt slightly overwhelming as the whole place was really busy and noisy. It’s always a bit of an odd vibe to suddenly be in the middle of someone else’s wedding. I reckon if it was a less busy day it was be really nice and the staff might be less stressed and so more polite.

It's a very good hotel, but it needs a lot of TLC lots of cobwebs that were there during our whole weeks stay.In the evening when having a drink in the reception area the kitchen door was left open so the noise was coming out.Small issues but important ones.The staff were friendly and efficient. Overall it was a good stay, but it could be a lot better. 7 OUT OF 10 I would return.

A really lovely hotel, somehow rated at 2 star which is severely underselling the place, we stayed 2 nights and ate there each time, breakfast and dinner. It was extremely clean, felt very smart, food was delicious and staff couldn't do enough for us!!

Food was ok Room budget ok, Staff Reception lady ok, restuarant lady friendly and patient. Bar Staff surly not impressed. Booked through booking .com booked 2 rooms 1 double and 1 twin for £70 each Actually paid for 2 rooms £72 each and it was 2 doubles

The hotel is fabulous; beautiful decor, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff/owners, tasty breakfast at a reasonable price and at a great location in Milford Haven (above the port, just a street down from the high street, with a beautiful promenade walk right out front of the hotel). We were only here for 1 night as a stopover after a day at Skomer Island before we headed off to Cardiff for a hen do and it was perfect, exactly what we needed, as it was just a short drive from Martins haven (~25mins). We would definitely stay here again in the future. It is also just a short car journey to Tenby from here (~35 mins) making it an ideal spot for a good night's sleep in-between two amazing spots in Wales!

Parking was nightmare. 6 space

Hotel room was very spacious and well catered, the restaurant served an excellent selection of food. The staff were friendly and the onsite parking was a bonus as street parking would have been difficult. We had minor issue with our plugs in bathroom not opening which meant water could not drain but this was reported and fixed by staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lord Nelson hotel. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant. Everything was perfect.

We had a stunning sea view room at the Lord Nelson hotel in Milford Haven. It was a lovely hotel in a grand building overlooking the harbour.

Lovely room and bathroom, only thing done by the staff was milk and tea refilled and the bins emptied, no bed made or towels refreshed. We paid £15pp for breakfast which I would not do if staying here again as very expensive for what it was! A small buffet area with 3 cereals, yogurt, bread and pastries, a hot area with some cooked breakfast, I asked for poached eggs and they were hard and cold when they arrived. It does say online you can choose from a menu for breakfast! Had a pizza evening meal and crème brûlée they were both very good!
