Great location. Food was typical pub food and tasty. Hotel itself was clean and comy bed. Would comd back again.

Great service, friendly staff. Place needs some work, we had bad weather and rain was coming in through the ceiling.. bathroom was tiny, can barely sit on the loo, and a bad stench. Other than that you hear banging doors all the time as none of the rooms have slow closing doors.

Enjoyed my stay, different to what I was used to, very dog friendly, much dog would of loved it and I wish I would of her taken her when she was around

Check in and check out as easy as it comes. Large clean room. Only downer was no Wi-Fi. Opposite beach and walking distance to all main attractions

We were expecting a restaurant , parking and wfi The restaurant was very limited as they are waiting for a new menu, No wfi and no explanation and the car park had become outdoor dining.so was a bit disappointing.

I arrived in the middle of the night and instructions to get in were excellent. Room tidy and clean and en-suite. Kettle, with tea, coffee and water, and a TV, too. Perhaps they could have added the WiFi code as is probably available on request - but as reception was closed I could not ask. Highly recommended as excellent value for money!

On arrival at the premise had to wait for bartender to serve customers in the bar. On entering the room it was cold. No toiletries shower had mould in it. Heating not on

The hotel was lovely and so easy and very convenient location!!! Was clean and friendly. However did get charged twice after two weeks communication I have received my refund so will be returning

The bar/restaurant is very nice! The stairs and landing up to the rooms and the rooms are filthy! I am not a snob and you get what you pay for but this is another level! I personally will never consider staying here again! Pay more and use the golden lion!

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. I arrived at 3pm which is the check in time and was told to come back later as no one was there to check me in, I actually got in at 4pm. The wifi didn’t work whatsoever, and there’s no signal so don’t expect to be able to use your phone whilst here. The room I was in particularly was disgusting, there’s chewing gum stuff to the carpet, which is also filthy and black, the bathroom was mouldy everywhere, the grout on the tiles is black rather than white, the glass shelf is hanging off the wall, the towel rack too. The room smelt. Doors don’t have a slow close feature so all you hear in the morning is cleaners banging doors. Overall, a terrible experience.
