Lovely hotel with very helpful staff, great location within walking distance of Blackpool nightlife, will definitely stay again

The check-in is very easy. It is great appreciated that the gentleman helped me to carry my big luggage to the room upstairs. The room is clean. But a light bad smell comes from the bathroom. It smells like sewer.

The rooms was very clean staff very friendly and always there if needed anything. The breakfast was always cooked to perfection and very pet friendly . Will definitely book again .

John and luke wheir brilliant hosts. The breakfast was excellent piping hot served around the corner at peek a booze. Descent shower,bed was comfortable smart little kettle for a brew in morning

The ceiling in the room is a bit low and I bashed by hrad a few times. I was offered another room for a small upgrade price but chose not to

there was no breakfast at the hotel, it was down the road at a cafe. the check-in was very good, but there was a hold put on my credit card for £20 as a cover for damage etc. my room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, so for the charge it was reasonable.

I only needed a single room and they were very help full with this from check-in to Check-out, Room was perfect and on suit shower which was better that my own, Room was very clean with a Kettle and brew kit, My own toilet with plenty of soft Rolls, The Staff (John) was fantastic and gave me a lot of very useful info on what I needed to no, Luke gave me a personnel call to give me more info which I thought was really great and offered me a great deal as I needed to stay an extra night, But I didn't need to in the end, (wish i did now) There is two shops seconds away from the BnB which was perfect and all the Take out shops for food all within minutes away. Overall I fully recommend the BnB Blackpool and will be very happy to book a room there again in the near future. A big thank you to all the team there.

The owner was so lovely he even upgraded my room for me ( i didn't ask for the upgrade ) so it was a nice surprise when me and my daughter arrived 😊 the room as been freshly decorated it was lovely and fresh x i would definitely stay again xx

Bed and bedding was top quality

Friendly staff, clean room, pleasant stay

It was clean, the bed was really comfortable. The towels are really tiny. We are told we had a room with no window which was fine, what we hadn’t been told was we needed to walk off site for our breakfast. I’m not particularly mobile and needed have the physical capability to walk the distance to the place we were meant to go to have our breakfast. That felt disappointing. Other than that the room itself was more than adequate.
